Abstract
【課題】 差込部材と連結部材との間の結合が比較的簡単な態様で再び解除可能な連結部材を提供する。
【解決手段】 環状ショルダ(34)を含んで構成され受容部(3)の受容空間(23)に導入可能な差込部材(21)をロックするための該受容部(3)において支持されるロック要素(5)を有する、流体輸送管連結のための連結部材において、制御要素受容部(9)内で半径方向に摺動可能に支持される別体の制御要素(8)が設けられると共に、該制御要素(8)は、軸方向に関し弾性的に構成された少なくとも1つの側部弾性アーム(11,12)を有し、該弾性アーム(11,12)の自由端には、嵌合構造(14,15)及び操作構造(25)が形成されていること、前記環状ショルダ(34)と前記少なくとも1つの弾性アーム(11,12)の各々に形成された前記操作構造(25)との当接により、前記制御要素(8)が、当該当接がなければ係止される第1制御位置から、該制御要素(8)と導入された前記差込部材(21)との係合が解除される第2制御位置に移行可能にされるよう、前記少なくとも1つの弾性アーム(11,12)の各々に形成された前記嵌合構造(14,15)と協働する係止構造(13)が前記制御要素受容部(9)に形成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- 環状ショルダ(34)を含んで構成され受容部(3)の受容空間(23)に導入可能な差込部材(21)をロックするための該受容部(3)において支持されるロック要素(5)を有する、流体輸送管連結のための連結部材において、
制御要素受容部(9)内で半径方向に摺動可能に支持される別体の制御要素(8)が設けられると共に、該制御要素(8)は、軸方向に関し弾性的に構成された少なくとも1つの側部弾性アーム(11,12)を有し、該弾性アーム(11,12)の自由端には、嵌合構造(14,15)及び操作構造(25)が形成されていること、
前記環状ショルダ(34)と前記少なくとも1つの弾性アーム(11,12)の各々に形成された前記操作構造(25)との当接により、前記制御要素(8)が、当該当接がなければ係止される第1制御位置から、該制御要素(8)と導入された前記差込部材(21)との係合が解除される第2制御位置に移行可能にされるよう、前記少なくとも1つの弾性アーム(11,12)の各々に形成された前記嵌合構造(14,15)と協働する係止構造(13)が前記制御要素受容部(9)に形成されていること
を特徴とする連結部材。 - 前記制御要素受容部(9)は、前記受容部(3)に形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の連結部材。 - 前記係止構造は、夫々、前記制御要素受容部(9)内に突出し夫々1つの弾性アーム(11,12)に割り当てられる係止突起(13)を有すること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の連結部材。 - 前記嵌合構造は、前記少なくとも1つの弾性アーム(11,12)の各々の端部に形成され前記第1制御位置において前記係止突起(13)に当接する端面(14)を有すること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の連結部材。 - 前記嵌合構造は、係止凹部(15)を有し、該係止凹部(15)には当該係止凹部(15)に割り当てられた係止突起(13)が前記第2制御位置において嵌合すること
を特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の連結部材。 - 前記制御要素受容部(9)は、前記ロック要素(5)に形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の連結部材。 - 前記係止構造は、操作突起受容部(39)を有すること、
前記嵌合構造は、前記操作構造を構成し前記第1制御位置において前記受容空間(23)内に突出する操作突起(25)の端部に形成された端面(14)を有し、各操作突起(25)は、前記第1制御位置において前記操作突起受容部(39)に配されること
を特徴とする請求項6に記載の連結部材。 - 各弾性アーム(11,12)の操作構造は、前記制御要素(8)の前記第1制御位置では前記受容空間(23)内に突出しかつ前記第2制御位置では前記受容空間(23)の外部に配される操作突起(25)を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の連結部材。 - 連結部(10)を介して互いに結合された2つの弾性アーム(11,12)を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の連結部材。 - 前記連結部(10)は、前記第1制御位置では前記受容部(3)から外方に突出しかつ前記第2制御位置では前記受容部(3)の外周面と面一をなすこと
を特徴とする請求項9に記載の連結部材。 - 前記制御要素(8)は、前記制御要素受容部(9)に形成された2つの案内壁(18,20)の間に配される少なくとも1つの案内アーム(16,17)を有すること
