Abstract
Description
K/S=(1−R)2/2R
から得られるK/S値である。本明細書において用いられるように、Kは吸収を意味し、Sは散乱を意味し、Rは反射率を意味する。K/S値が大きいほど、色吸収(すなわち、染色の深み)は大きくなる。少なくとも6、より好ましくは少なくとも10、最も好ましくは少なくとも12のK/S値を得ることが望ましい。本発明の目的のために、染色性繊維は、少なくとも6のK/S値を有する繊維である。
染色性の程度:
染色試料を白色紙の上に置き、染色試料がMacbeth Color−Eye Model M−2020PL(商標)などの比色計を用いて光の最小吸収を示した波長で、染色試料の光反射率Rを測定する。
K/S=(1−R)2/2R
に従って反射率Rから計算する。
30%(w/w)発煙硫酸442部、硫酸ヒドラジン45.861部、テレフタル酸46.585部、イソフタル酸8.734部、および5−スルホイソフタル酸モノリチウム塩4.909部を反応釜中に入れた。固体反応剤が完全に溶解するまで、反応釜をシリコン油浴中に置き、室温で攪拌した。
5−スルホイソフタル酸モノリチウム塩4.909部を加えないが、イソフタル酸2.911部に置き換えたことを除いて実施例1におけるようにポリオキサジアゾールポリマーを調製した。得られたポリマーは、同じ染色手順を用いて全く染色されなかった。

- 0.5<p<40、5<m<95、5<n<80である、請求項4に記載のポリマー。
- 前記カチオンが、リチウム、ナトリウム、アンモニウム、またはカリウムから選択される、請求項1に記載のポリマー。
- 前記カチオンがリチウムまたはナトリウムである、請求項6に記載のポリマー。
- 前記カチオンがリチウムである、請求項7に記載のポリマー。
- 前記スルホン化ポリオキサジアゾールポリマーがコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のポリマー。
- 繊維として存在する、請求項1に記載のポリマー。
- 前記繊維が染色性である、請求項11に記載の繊維。
- K/S値が少なくとも約6である、請求項12に記載の繊維。
- K/S値が少なくとも約10である、請求項12に記載の繊維。
- K/S値が少なくとも約12である、請求項13に記載の繊維。
- 前記繊維が染色される、請求項11に記載の繊維。
