Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 複合材料部材を成形するための方法、殊に射出成形部分及びポリウレタン部分を含む複合材料部材を成形するための方法において、次のステップを含んでおり、すなわち、
支持構成部分を成形し、
前記支持構成部分を金型の開かれたチャンバー内に移し、
前記金型を所定の位置まで閉じ、この場合に容積の増大されたチャンバーを画定し、
第1の大きさを有する前記容積の増大されたチャンバー内に真空を生ぜしめ、
流動材料を前記容積の増大されたチャンバー内に注入し、
流動材料の前記注入と同時に及び/又は流動材料の前記注入に続いて圧縮工程を行い、この場合に前記チャンバーの容積を少なくともわずかに減少させるようになっていることを特徴とする、複合材料部材を成形するための方法。 - 支持構成部分の成形を射出成形法若しくは射出圧縮成形法によって行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流動材料としてポリウレタン材料を用いる請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 真空を所定の時間にわたって生ぜしめる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 真空を所定の負圧まで生ぜしめる請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧縮工程を流動材料の注入と同時に若しくは流動材料の注入に対して遅延して行う請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 真空を検出して、流動材料のための噴射時点を負圧値に依存して規定する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧縮工程を噴射時間に依存して制御する請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 真空を形成する前に、支持構成部分の表面の活性化のための媒体をキャビティ内に供給する請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金型を本来の圧縮工程の前に所定の方法で開く請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧縮工程を噴射圧力に依存して行う請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧縮工程を距離及び力に依存して行う請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法の実施のための装置であって、少なくとも1つの型キャビティを備えた閉鎖ユニットを含んでおり、前記型キャビティ内に支持構成部分が受容されるようになっており、さらに少なくとも部分的に閉じられた金型のキャビティ内への流動材料の射出のための装置を含んでおり、該閉鎖ユニットは圧縮工程を行うように形成されている形式のものにおいて、
前記圧縮工程の前に、少なくとも部分的に閉じられた金型の型キャビティ内に負圧を生ぜしめるための真空装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、複合材料部材を成形するための装置。
