Abstract
Description
−基準点に対する車両ボデーの車高が確認されるステップ、
−確認された車高が予め規定された車高を下回るか又は上回った場合、高さ変更動作が開始されるステップ、
−高さ変更動作の開始後に、弁が開放したかどうか制御ユニットにおいて検証されるステップ、及び
−弁が開放しなかったか又は完全に開放しなかった場合、制御ユニットが高さ変更動作を終了するステップを含む。
−弁が、閉鎖状態から開放状態にされ、
−弁の電流推移がスイッチオン動作中に測定され、
−制御ユニットにおいて、測定された電流推移が、電流基準曲線、電流特性群又は電流限界値と比較され、
−比較に基づき、弁が閉鎖状態から開放状態にされたかどうかを制御ユニットにおいて確認することができることが提供される。

Claims (6)
- 高さ変更動作を通して車両ボデーの車高を変更できる少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(2a、2b)と、前記アクチュエータ(2a、2b)に付設された弁(6a、6b、14、16)と、制御ユニット(10)とを備え、前記車高を、高さ変更動作中、前記弁(6a、6b、14、16)が開放しているときに、圧力媒体を前記アクチュエータ(2a、2b)に加えることによって上げることができるか、あるいは圧力媒体を前記アクチュエータ(2a、2b)から排出することによって下げることができる、車高制御システム(1)によって自動車の車両ボデーの車高を制御及び/又は調整する方法であって、次の方法ステップで、
−基準点に対する前記車両ボデーの車高が確認され、
−前記確認された車高が予め規定された車高を下回るか又は上回った場合、高さ変更動作が開始され、
−前記高さ変更動作の開始後に、前記弁(6a、6b、14、16)が開放したかどうか前記制御ユニット(10)において検証され、
−前記弁(6a、6b、14、16)が開放しなかったか又は完全に開放しなかった場合、前記制御ユニット(10)が高さ変更動作を終了する
方法。 - 前記弁(6a、6b、14、16)の開放挙動を、前記弁(6a、6b、14、16)の電流推移(I)から確認することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記弁(6a、6b、14、16)の開放挙動を、スイッチオン動作の開始時に前記弁(6a、6b、14、16)の電流推移(I)から確認することができることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記弁(6a、6b、14、26)の前記測定された電流推移(I)が、前記弁(6a、6b、14、26)のアーマチュアの行程(S)の測定値を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1、2、3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- −前記弁(6a、6b、14、26)が、閉鎖状態から開放状態にされ、
−前記弁(6a、6b、14、26)の電流推移(I)が、スイッチオン動作中に測定され、
−前記制御ユニット(10)において、前記測定された電流推移(I)が、電流基準曲線、電流特性群又は電流限界値と比較され、
−前記比較に基づき、前記弁(6a、6b、14、26)が閉鎖状態から開放状態にされたかどうかを前記制御ユニット(10)において確認することができる
ことを特徴とする、請求項1、2、3の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記弁(6a、6b、14、26)の開放挙動を、ピックアップ遅延時間及び/又はピックアップ時間中に前記弁(6a、6b、14、26)の電流推移(I)から確認することができることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
