Claims (12)
- 電極タブを有する扁平型電池が複数積層されてなる積層型電池であって、
前記電極タブの短絡を防止するように配置された絶縁部材と、
前記電極タブと接続された出力端子と、を有し、
前記出力端子の先端部は、前記絶縁部材に設けた支持部材により支持されている積層型電池。 - 請求項1に記載の積層型電池において、
前記支持部材は、前記絶縁部材に保持されている積層型電池。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の積層型電池において、
前記絶縁部材は、当該絶縁部材から外側へ突出する保持部を有し、
前記保持部は、前記扁平型電池の積層方向に前記支持部材を受容する積層型電池。 - 請求項3に記載の積層型電池において、
前記保持部は、一の絶縁部材から外側へ突出する第1保持部と、前記一の絶縁部材とは異なる他の絶縁部材から外側へ突出する第2保持部とを含み、
前記第1保持部及び前記第2保持部は、前記扁平型電池の積層方向の両側から前記支持部材を受容する積層型電池。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の積層型電池において、
前記出力端子の基端部は、複数の前記絶縁部材により保持されている積層型電池。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の積層型電池において、
前記絶縁部材は、当該絶縁部材から外側へ突出する保持部を有し、
前記支持部材は、前記先端部を支持する壁面と、前記保持部に保持される被保持部とを含む積層型電池。 - 請求項6に記載の積層型電池において、
前記保持部は、一の絶縁部材から外側へ突出する第1保持部と、前記一の絶縁部材とは異なる他の絶縁部材から外側へ突出する第2保持部とを含み、
前記被保持部は、前記第1保持部に保持される第1被保持部と、前記第2保持部に保持される第2被保持部とを含む積層型電池。 - 請求項6に記載の積層型電池において、
前記出力端子は、前記電極タブが接続されるバスバ部と、前記先端部とを含み、
前記バスバ部は、複数の前記絶縁部材により保持されている積層型電池。 - 請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層型電池において、
前記壁面に、前記出力端子と外部機器の端子とを固定する固定部を有する積層型電池。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層型電池と、
前記積層型電池を収納する電池ケースと、を備える電池モジュール。 - 請求項10に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記出力端子は、前記電池ケースに形成された孔部を介して当該電池ケースの外部に導出する電池モジュール。 - 電極タブを有する扁平型電池が複数積層されてなる積層型電池であって、
前記電極タブの短絡を防止するように配置された絶縁部材と、
前記電極タブと接続された出力端子と、を有し、
前記絶縁部材は、当該絶縁部材から外側へ突出する保持部を有し、
前記保持部は、前記扁平型電池の積層方向に前記支持部材を受容し、
前記出力端子の先端部は、前記絶縁部材に設けた支持部材により支持されている積層型電池を製造する方法において、
前記出力端子を前記支持部材により支持する工程と、
前記電極タブと前記絶縁部材とを交互に積層しながら前記複数の扁平型電池を積層すると同時に、前記保持部に前記支持部材を受容させる工程と、を有する積層型電池の製造方法。
