Abstract
【解決手段】金属又は金属化合物から成る工作物又は原材料を、鍛造又は圧延のような体積変形により1000℃以上の温度で高温成形する方法において、最初の段階において工作物の表面が、酸化物相、添加剤、接着剤又は結合剤から成る被覆手段で少なくとも部分的に覆われ、被覆が硬化され、それから後続段階において、変形温度まで工作物又は原材料の十分な加熱による加熱が行われ、それから工作物又は原材料が成形手段の所へ搬送され、成形手段により成形体又は圧延製品に加工されるか又は鍛造されるか又は圧延される。

Claims (18)
- 金属又は金属化合物から成る工作物又は原材料を、鍛造又は圧延のような体積変形により1000℃以上の温度で高温成形する方法において、最初の段階において工作物の表面が、酸化物相、添加剤、接着剤又は結合剤から成る被覆手段で少なくとも部分的に覆われ、被覆が硬化され、それから後続段階において、変形温度まで工作物又は原材料の十分な加熱による加熱が行われ、それから工作物又は原材料が成形手段の所へ搬送され、成形手段により成形体又は圧延製品に加工されるか又は鍛造されるか又は圧延されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 工作物又は原材料の表面の被覆がその100℃以上の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工作物又は原材料の表面の被覆がその200℃以上の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工作物又は原材料の表面の被覆が、被覆手段への浸漬又は被覆手段の吹付けにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の方法。
- 被覆が、0.1mmより大きい硬化した層厚を持つように行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の方法。
- 被覆が、0.3〜3.0mmより大きい硬化した層厚を持つように行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 主成分としての酸化物相及び添加物としての1種類及び複数種類の添加剤及び液状成分から成る、変形温度に加熱される工作物又は原材料の放熱を減少するための被覆手段。
- 主成分又は酸化物相が、70重量%以上の割合を持つ酸化ジルコンから形成されている、請求項7に記載の手段。
- 主成分又は酸化物相が、80〜98重量%以上の割合を持つ酸化ジルコンから形成されている、請求項8に記載の手段。
- 主成分又は酸化物相が、90〜97重量%以上の割合を持つ酸化ジルコンから形成されている、請求項9に記載の手段。
- 添加剤が0.1〜1.0重量%の割合を持つメチルセルロース及び/又はミクロシリカから形成されている、請求項7〜10の1つに記載の手段。
- 添加剤が0.2〜0.7又は1.0〜10.0重量%の割合を持つメチルセルロース及び/又はミクロシリカから形成されている、請求項11に記載の手段。
- 添加剤が0.2〜8.0重量%の割合を持つメチルセルロース及び/又はミクロシリカから形成されている、請求項12に記載の手段。
- 液状成分として15〜65重量%の割合を持つ珪酸ナトリウムガラスが添加されている、請求項7〜13の1つに記載の手段。
- 液状成分として20〜60重量%の割合を持つ珪酸ナトリウムガラスが添加されている、請求項14に記載の手段。
- 1μm〜50μmの粒径を持つ酸化物相が形成されている、請求項7〜15の1つに記載の手段。
- 酸化物相がd50=12.5μmの平均粒径を持っている、請求項16に記載の手段。
- 請求項1〜6に記載の工作物を熱変形する方法、及びγチタン−アルミニウム−母合金から成る部材の熱変形のため請求項7〜16に記載の変形温度に加熱される工作物の放熱を減少する手段を使用する方法。
