Description
(1)本発明のコーティングは、900℃でのチタン管の圧延又は穿孔工程における鋼製設備のローラ又はウインチとの結合反応を回避することができ、チタン材料加工の歩留まり及び生産効率が改善される。
(2)本発明の製造方法は簡単かつ操作が容易であり、空気圧スプレー、真空スプレー及びはけ塗り設備を備えた製造ラインに適用可能である。
(3)環境に優しい水性高温耐熱反結合コーティングとして、RoHS品質によって制限される有害な元素又は空気中に揮発するいかなる有害物質も含まず、建設環境の環境保護効果に影響を及ぼさない。
(4)本発明の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティングは、使用前にその場で直ちに調製することができ、調製されたコーティングは室温で6ヶ月超の期間、安定を維持することができる。
水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティングは、表1の原材料及びそれらの重量比によって調製される。
A−チタン−鋼層結合に起因する切断される各チタンインゴットの量:50kg/チタンインゴットに基づく;
P1−チタンインゴットの価格:80元/Kg;
W1−スプレーされた高温耐熱反結合コーティングの消費量で、3Kg/インゴット;
P2−高温耐熱反結合コーティングの1トン当たりの価格であり、200元/kgに基づく;

Claims (10)
- 成分として、50〜150重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、0〜50重量部のZn粉末、400〜450重量部のAl2O3粉末、250〜350重量部のタルク粉末、1〜2重量部のSiO 2 、0.5〜1重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び1〜5重量部の水を含むことを特徴とする、水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティング。
- 成分として、50〜150重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、0〜50重量部のZn粉末、400〜450重量部のAl2O3粉末、250〜350重量部のタルク粉末、1重量部のSiO 2 、0.5重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び5重量部の水を含む、請求項1に記載の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティング。
- 成分として、50〜150重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、10〜50重量部のZn粉末、400〜450重量部のAl2O3粉末、250〜350重量部のタルク粉末、1〜2重量部のSiO 2 、0.5〜1重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び1〜5重量部の水を含む、請求項1に記載の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティング。
- 成分として、50〜150重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、10〜50重量部のZn粉末、400〜450重量部のAl2O3粉末、250〜350重量部のタルク粉末、1重量部のSiO 2 、0.5重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び5重量部の水を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティング。
- 成分として、100重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、50重量部のZn粉末、450重量部のAl2O3粉末、350重量部のタルク粉末、1〜2重量部のSiO 2 、0.5〜1重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び1〜5重量部の水を含む、請求項1に記載の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティング。
- 成分として、100重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、50重量部のZn粉末、450重量部のAl2O3粉末、350重量部のタルク粉末、1重量部のSiO 2 、0.5重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び5重量部の水を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティング。
- 成分として、50〜150重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、10〜50重量部のZn粉末、400〜450重量部のAl2O3粉末、250〜350重量部のタルク粉末、1〜2重量部のSiO 2 、0.5〜1重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び1〜5重量部の水、好ましくは、100重量部のエポキシ樹脂(固形分50%)、50重量部のZn粉末、450重量部のAl2O3粉末、350重量部のタルク粉末、1重量部のSiO 2 、0.5重量部のポリビニルアルコール、及び5重量部の水から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティング。
- チタン管圧延における請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティングの使用。
- 室温において、前記水性高温耐熱チタン鋼反結合コーティングが、鋼製設備、ローラ又はウインチの表面にコーティングされ、0.2〜0.4mmの厚さの、好ましくは0.3mmの厚さのフィルム層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記コーティングが、空気圧スプレー、真空スプレー又は手動はけ塗りによって施されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の使用。
