Abstract
【解決手段】光源部14は、複数のLED26を有する複数のLED回路27を備える。PWM信号の入力に応じてLED回路27毎にLED26を点灯させる複数の駆動回路32を設ける。PWM制御回路33により、調光信号の入力に応じて駆動回路32毎にPWM信号を出力するとともに、このPWM信号の出力タイミングを駆動回路32毎に異ならせる。PWM信号の出力タイミングを異ならせることにより、調光比を低くしても、光源部14全体としてLED26が消灯している時間を少なくし、点灯周波数を高くすることなく、ちらつきの発生を低減する。

Claims (4)
- LEDを有する複数のLED回路を備えた光源部と;
PWM信号の入力に応じてLED回路毎にLEDを点灯させる複数の駆動回路と;
調光信号の入力に応じて駆動回路毎にPWM信号を出力するとともに、このPWM信号の出力タイミングを駆動回路毎に異ならせるPWM制御回路と;
を具備していることを特徴とする照明装置。 - PWM制御回路は、点灯周期をLED回路の数で割った時間ずつPWM信号の出力タイミングを駆動回路毎に異ならせる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明装置。 - PWM制御回路は、点灯周期の前側と後側とに分けてPWM信号の出力タイミングを駆動回路毎に異ならせる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明装置。 - PWM制御回路は、所定の調光比より低い範囲でPWM信号の出力タイミングを駆動回路毎に異ならせる
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載の照明装置。
