Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の極低速回転用の軸受装置は、円柱状の転動体1を支承する転走面2が、0.005〜0.01μmの鏡面上に、ころ接触幅2bに対して直径dが2b/30〜2b/3、深さhが0.05〜3μm以下の断面円弧状のミクロプール4を多数形成した表面としたものである。ミクロプール4の最大深さhは0.1〜0.2μmであることが好ましい。このような転走面2は電解研磨仕上げにより形成された鏡面上に、球状の投射材をショットブラスト処理することによって形成される。

Description
本実施形態の極低速回転用の軸受装置は、前記したように鋼の連続鋳造装置のロールのための軸受装置である。このロールは連続鋳造用モールドから引き出された鋳片を冷却しながら低速度で下方に移動させるためのロールであり、10トン程度の荷重を受けながらdn値500以下程度の極低速で回転する。

Claims (3)
- 円柱状の転動体を支承する転走面が、Raが0.005〜0.01μmの鏡面上に、ころ接触幅2bに対して直径dが2b/30〜2b/3、深さが0.05〜3μm以下の断面円弧状のミクロプールを多数形成した表面であることを特徴とする極低速回転用の軸受装置。
- ミクロプールの最大深さhが、0.1〜0.2μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の極低速回転用の軸受装置。
- 転走面が電解研磨仕上げにより形成された鏡面上に、球状の投射材をショットブラスト処理することによってミクロプールを多数形成した表面であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の極低速回転用の軸受装置。
