Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池1と、燃料電池1と並列に接続されたキャパシタ2と、燃料電池1及びキャパシタ2の出力電圧を昇圧して、該昇圧した電圧による電力を電動機5に供給する昇降圧手段3と、昇降圧手段3の出力部に電圧変換手段7を介して接続された二次電池6と、燃料電池1とキャパシタ2とに並列に接続されて外部への電力の供給が可能な第1電力供給部10と、燃料電池1の温度を計測するFC温度センサ31と、FCセンサの計測温度が燃料電池1の加熱を必要とする温度閾値を下回る場合に、加熱に必要な電力量を算出し、算出した電力量を二次電池6の放電閾値に加算した下限SOCを設定し、設定した下限SOCの範囲内で第1電力供給部10への電力の供給を制御する電力供給制御手段とを備える。

Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載される電源システムであって、
電力供給手段と、
一方が前記電力供給手段に接続されると共に、他方が前記車両を駆動するための電動機に接続され、該電力供給手段の出力電圧を昇圧して、該昇圧した電圧による電力を該電動機に供給する第1昇圧手段と、
一方が前記第1昇圧手段の他方に前記電動機と並列に接続され、該第1昇圧手段の出力電圧を更に昇圧する第2昇圧手段と、
前記第2昇圧手段の他方に接続された蓄電手段と、
前記第1昇圧手段の一方に前記電力供給手段と並列に接続され、外部への電力の供給が可能な第1電力供給部と、
前記電力供給手段の温度を計測する第1温度センサと、
前記第1温度センサの計測温度が前記電力供給手段の加熱を必要とする温度閾値を下回る場合に、該温度閾値以上に加熱するのに必要な電力量を算出し、算出した電力量を前記蓄電手段の放電閾値に加算した第1放電閾値を設定し、該第1放電閾値を上回る範囲で前記電力供給手段と該蓄電手段とから前記第1電力供給部への電力の供給を制御する電力供給制御手段と
を備えることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項1記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記電力供給手段としての燃料電池と、
前記車両内に設けられた循環路を流れ、少なくとも前記燃料電池を冷却する冷却媒体の温度を計測する第2温度センサと
を備え、
前記電力供給制御手段は、前記第2センサの計測温度が前記冷却媒体の加熱を必要とする温度閾値を下回る場合に、該温度閾値以上に冷却媒体を加熱するのに必要な電力量を算出し、算出した電力量を前記第1放電閾値に加算した第2放電閾値を設定し、該第2放電閾値を上回る範囲で前記燃料電池と該蓄電手段とから前記第1電力供給部への電力の供給を制御することを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項2記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記電力供給制御手段は、前記第1電力供給部への電力の供給を、前記燃料電池の作動に先立って前記蓄電手段から実行するように制御することを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項3記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記第1昇圧手段の一方に燃料電池と並列に接続されたキャパシタと、
前記蓄電手段としての二次電池とを備え、
前記電力供給制御手段は、前記第1電力供給部への電力の供給を、第1に前記キャパシタから第2に前記二次電池から第3に前記燃料電池から実行し、前記キャパシタの充電量が放電閾値となった場合に、該キャパシタに替えて前記二次電池から該第1電力供給部への電力の供給を開始させ、前記二次電池の充電量が前記第2放電閾値より大きく設定された所定値となった場合に、前記燃料電池の作動を開始させ、該燃料電池が所定の出力を出力できる状態となったときに、該二次電池に替えて該燃料電池から該第1電力供給部への電力の供給を開始させることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項4記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記第2昇圧手段と前記二次電池とに並列に接続されて外部への電力の供給が可能な第2電力供給部を備えることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項4または5項記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記キャパシタ及び二次電池の充電量から供給可能な電力量を表示する表示手段を備えることを特徴とする電源システム。
