Abstract
【解決手段】木造部材10を、木材本体部11と木造部材10の表面10aを形成する表面木材部12との間に、不燃材13と発泡層14を積層してなる遮熱部15を介装して形成する。また、遮熱部15は、不燃材13と発泡層14を交互に積層し、木材本体部11の表面11a側と表面木材部12の裏面12b側の厚さ方向T両端側にそれぞれ不燃材13を配して形成する。さらに、木材本体部11の内部と遮熱部15の内部に連設され、遮熱部15を木材本体部11と一体に保持する固定具17を備える。

Claims (5)
- 火災時に燃え止まり性能と遮熱性能を発揮する木造部材であって、
木材本体部と木造部材の表面を形成する表面木材部との間に、不燃材と発泡層を積層してなる遮熱部を介装して形成されていることを特徴とする木造部材。 - 請求項1記載の木造部材において、
前記遮熱部は、前記発泡層が珪酸塩を備えて形成され、前記不燃材と前記発泡層を交互に積層して形成されていることを特徴とする木造部材。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の木造部材において、
前記遮熱部は、前記木材本体部の表面側と前記表面木材部の裏面側の厚さ方向両端側にそれぞれ前記不燃材を配して形成されていることを特徴とする木造部材。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の木造部材において、
前記木材本体部の内部と前記遮熱部の内部に連設され、前記遮熱部を前記木材本体部と一体に保持する固定具が具備されていることを特徴とする木造部材。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の木造部材において、
前記木材本体部と前記遮熱部、前記遮熱部と前記表面木材部、前記遮熱部の前記不燃材と前記発泡層がそれぞれ、接着剤を用いて一体に接着されていることを特徴とする木造部材。
