前記枠用のセラミック紙が貼り付けられている前記枠の芯材の角部の内、前記戸の当たる戸当たりの箇所の角部を除くすべての角部が鈍角に形成されていて、
前記枠用のセラミック紙の外界側には、発泡剤、炭化剤及び樹脂を含む耐火断熱剤又は耐火断熱シートからなる耐火断熱被覆層が設けられていて、
前記耐火断熱被覆層の外界側に、化粧塗料又は化粧シートによる化粧層が設けられているものであり、
前記戸は、
戸の芯材は桐製であり、前記戸の芯材の表裏の二面の表面に戸用のセラミック紙が貼り付けられていて、
前記戸用のセラミック紙は、厚さ0.8〜1.5mmのものであり、
前記戸用のセラミック紙の外界側には、火山性ガラス質複層板が設けられていて、
火山性ガラス質複層板の外界側に、化粧塗料又は化粧シートによる化粧層が設けられているものであり、
さらに前記戸には、取り付けられる前記枠に対向する端部に、加熱発泡剤が設けられていることを特徴とする。
Claims (1)
- 戸及びこの戸が取り付けられる枠で構成されている建具部材であって、
前記枠は、
枠の芯材は桐製であり、前記枠の芯材の表面に枠用のセラミック紙が貼り付けられていて、
前記枠用のセラミック紙は、厚さ0.4〜0.6mmのものであり、
前記枠用のセラミック紙が貼り付けられている前記枠の芯材の角部の内、前記戸の当たる戸当たりの箇所の角部を除くすべての角部が鈍角に形成されていて、
前記枠用のセラミック紙の外界側には、発泡剤、炭化剤及び樹脂を含む耐火断熱剤又は耐火断熱シートからなる耐火断熱被覆層が設けられていて、
前記耐火断熱被覆層の外界側に、化粧塗料又は化粧シートによる化粧層が設けられているものであり、
前記戸は、
戸の芯材は桐製であり、前記戸の芯材の表裏の二面の表面に戸用のセラミック紙が貼り付けられていて、
前記戸用のセラミック紙は、厚さ0.8〜1.5mmのものであり、
前記戸用のセラミック紙の外界側には、火山性ガラス質複層板が設けられていて、
火山性ガラス質複層板の外界側に、化粧塗料又は化粧シートによる化粧層が設けられているものであり、
さらに前記戸には、取り付けられる前記枠に対向する端部に、加熱発泡剤が設けられていることを特徴とする建具部材。
