Claims (11)

  1. 板状の取付部、前記取付部を所定軸周りに揺動可能に支持する弾性支持部、を有する軸部と、
    前記取付部に設けられ、強磁性体である剛性部と、
    前記剛性部を介して前記取付部に設けられ、前記取付部より大きい面積を有する光反射部と、
    前記剛性部との間に駆動力を発生させ、前記取付部を揺動させる磁界発生部と、を備えることを特徴とする光学デバイス。
  2. 前記剛性部は永久磁石であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の光学デバイス。
  3. 前記光反射部は凹部を有し、
    前記剛性部が前記凹部に嵌合されることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の光学デバイス。
  4. 前記取付部が前記剛性部と略同一の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項１乃至３の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
  5. 前記軸部と前記光反射部とが異なる部材として形成されることを特徴とする請求項１乃至４の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
  6. 前記軸部を支持する支持部を備え、
    前記軸部と前記支持部とが一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項１乃至５の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
  7. 板状の取付部、前記取付部を所定軸周りに揺動可能に支持する弾性支持部、を有する軸部と、
    前記取付部の一方の面に設けられ、強磁性体である剛性部と、
    前記取付部の他方の面に設けられ、前記取付部より大きい面積を有する光反射部と、
    前記剛性部との間に駆動力を発生させ、前記取付部を揺動させる磁界発生部と、を備えることを特徴とする光学デバイス。
  8. 前記取付部に設けられる介在部をさらに備え、
    前記光反射部が介在部を介して前記取付部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項７に記載の光学デバイス。
  9. 前記取付部が前記介在部と略同一の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項８に記載の光学デバイス。
  10. 請求項１乃至９の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイスを備えることを特徴とする光スキャナー。
  11. 請求項１０に記載の光スキャナーを備えることを特徴とする画像形成装置。
