Abstract
【解決手段】低車速領域においてアクセル操作量が0%となる場合には目標クリープトルクが設定され、この目標クリープトルクに向けてモータジェネレータが制御される。また、目標クリープトルクはブレーキペダルの踏み込みに応じて引き下げられ、車両制動時におけるモータジェネレータの発熱等が抑制される。このように、ブレーキ操作量に応じて目標クリープトルクを変化させる電気自動車において、ブレーキ操作量を検出するブレーキセンサに異常が発生した場合には(ステップS11)、ブレーキ操作量に拘わらず予め設定された規定クリープトルクが目標クリープトルクとして採用される(ステップS15)。この規定クリープトルクは、クリープ走行性能を確保するために必要な大きさに設定されている。

Claims (7)
- 車輪駆動用の電動モータと、ブレーキ操作量を検出するブレーキセンサと、車速を検出する車速センサとを備える電気自動車の制御装置であって、
ブレーキ操作量と車速とに基づいて前記電動モータの目標クリープトルクを設定するトルク設定手段と、
目標クリープトルクに基づいて前記電動モータを駆動制御するモータ制御手段と、
前記ブレーキセンサの異常を検出するセンサ異常検出手段とを有し、
前記トルク設定手段は、前記ブレーキセンサの異常時にはブレーキ操作量に拘らず目標クリープトルクを所定値以上に設定することを特徴とする電気自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の電気自動車の制御装置において、
車両加速度を検出する加速度センサを有し、
前記トルク設定手段は、前記ブレーキセンサの異常時に設定された目標クリープトルクを車両加速度に基づいて変化させることを特徴とする電気自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の電気自動車の制御装置において、
前記トルク設定手段は、車速から求められる基本クリープトルクにブレーキ操作量から求められる係数を乗じて目標クリープトルクを設定し、前記ブレーキセンサの異常時にはブレーキ操作量に関わらず係数を固定することを特徴とする電気自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気自動車の制御装置において、
前記ブレーキセンサは、ブレーキ操作量に応じて所定範囲内で出力信号を変化させるセンサであり、
前記センサ異常検出手段は、前記ブレーキセンサからの出力信号が所定範囲を外れたときに前記ブレーキセンサの異常を検出することを特徴とする電気自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気自動車の制御装置において、
ブレーキ操作量を検出する補助ブレーキセンサを有し、
前記センサ異常検出手段は、前記ブレーキセンサからの出力信号と前記補助ブレーキセンサからの出力信号とを比較して前記ブレーキセンサの異常を検出することを特徴とする電気自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気自動車の制御装置において、
ブレーキ操作量が所定量を上回るか否かを検出するブレーキスイッチを有し、
前記センサ異常検出手段は、前記ブレーキセンサからの出力信号と前記ブレーキスイッチからの出力信号とを比較して前記ブレーキセンサの異常を検出することを特徴とする電気自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気自動車の制御装置において、
前記ブレーキセンサの異常を乗員に知らせる通知手段を有することを特徴とする電気自動車の制御装置。
