Abstract
【解決手段】車載充電器11は、急速給電装置と共用のコンタクタ23および24を介してバッテリ13と接続されている。急速給電装置は、車載充電器11と共用のコンタクタ23および24を介してバッテリ13と接続されている。このため、車両1においては、通常給電口21および急速給電口22への充電ケーブルおよび急速充電装置のコネクタの同時接続を抑制するために、通常給電口21および急速給電口22を覆う蓋の開閉制御や、通常給電口21および急速給電口22の形状を変化させる制御などが電気的または機械的に行われる。本発明は、例えば、電気自動車に適用することができる。

Claims (6)
- 車両の動力源であるバッテリを充電する車両用バッテリ充電装置において、
前記バッテリと、
前記バッテリと接続され、前記バッテリに充電を行う充電手段と、
前記バッテリと外部の装置とを接続し、前記装置から前記バッテリに直接給電を行うための第1の給電口と、
前記充電手段と外部のコンセントとを接続し、前記コンセントから前記充電手段を介して前記バッテリに給電を行うための第2の給電口と、
前記第1の給電口および前記第2の給電口のうち、一方の給電口が外部と接続可能な状態、または、外部と接続されている状態である場合、他方の給電口を外部と接続不可能な状態にさせる給電口制御手段と
を備える車両用バッテリ充電装置。 - 前記第1の給電口および前記第2の給電口は、蓋をそれぞれ有し、
前記給電口制御手段は、前記一方の給電口の蓋が開放されて、前記一方の給電口が外部と接続可能な状態である場合、前記他方の給電口の蓋の開放を禁止し、前記他方の給電口を外部と接続不可能な状態にさせる
請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリ充電装置。 - 前記バッテリと前記第1の給電口との間、かつ、前記バッテリと前記充電手段との間に接続されるコンタクタと、
前記コンタクタの溶着を検出する溶着検出手段と
をさらに備え、
前記溶着手段により前記コンタクタの溶着が検出された場合、前記給電口制御手段は、前記第1の給電口および前記第2の給電口の蓋の開放を禁止する
請求項2に記載の車両用バッテリ充電装置。 - 前記給電口制御手段は、前記一方の給電口が外部と接続されている状態である場合、前記他方の給電口の形状を外部と接続不可能な状態にさせる
請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリ充電装置。 - 前記一方の給電口が外部と接続されている状態である場合に、前記他方の給電口が外部と接続されたとき、前記充電手段の充電停止を制御する充電制御手段をさらに備える
請求項4に記載の車両用バッテリ充電装置。 - 車両の動力源であるバッテリと、前記バッテリと接続され、前記バッテリに充電を行う充電手段とを備える車両用バッテリ充電装置が、
前記バッテリと外部の装置とを接続し、前記装置から前記バッテリに直接給電を行うための第1の給電口、並びに、前記充電手段と外部のコンセントとを接続し、前記コンセントから前記充電手段を介して前記バッテリに給電を行うための第2の給電口のうち、一方の給電口が外部と接続可能な状態、または、外部と接続されている状態である場合、他方の給電口を外部と接続不可能な状態にさせる制御ステップを含む
