Claims (8)
- 直流電力を蓄える蓄電装置と、
車両外部からの外部充電時に外部電力を受ける第1の端子と第1の電流値を示す制御信号を受ける第2の端子とを含む第1の受電部と、
車両外部からの外部充電時に外部電力を受ける第2の受電部と、
一方端子が前記第2の受電部に接続されたノーマリーオフ型のリレーと、
前記第1の受電部の前記第1の端子および前記リレーの他方端子に接続され、前記蓄電装置を充電する充電器と、
前記第1の受電部からの外部充電時は、外部から前記第2の端子を介して前記制御信号を受け、前記充電器の入力電流が前記制御信号によって示された前記第1の電流値以下になるように前記充電器を制御し、前記第2の受電部からの外部充電時は、前記リレーを導通させるとともに前記充電器の入力電流が予め定められた第2の電流値以下になるように前記充電器を制御する制御装置と、
前記リレーの一方端子および他方端子の電圧をそれぞれ検出する第1および第2の電圧検出器とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第2の受電部からの外部充電時には、前記第1の電圧検出器の検出結果に基づいて前記リレーの一方端子に電圧が印加され、かつ、前記第2の電圧検出器の検出結果に基づいて前記リレーの他方端子に電圧が印加されていないことを検知した後に前記リレーを導通させる、車両。 - 前記制御信号は予め定められた周波数の発振信号を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の受電部の前記第2の端子に前記発振信号が与えられている場合は前記第1の受電部からの外部充電動作を行ない、前記第1の受電部の前記第2の端子に前記発振信号が与えられていない場合は前記第2の受電部からの外部充電動作を行なう、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2の受電部からの外部充電の終了後に前記第2の受電部が外部電力を受けている状態で前記リレーを非導通にする指令を出力し、前記リレーの一方端子および他方端子の両方に電圧が印加されている場合は前記リレーが導通状態で固着したと判別する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両。
- さらに、通常は閉じられて前記第1の受電部を覆い、前記第1の受電部からの外部充電時は開けられて前記第1の受電部を露出させる蓋を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記蓋が開けられている場合は前記リレーを導通させない、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - さらに、通常は閉じられた前記蓋を開閉不可能なロック状態にし、前記第1の受電部からの外部充電時は前記蓋を開閉可能なアンロック状態にするロック部を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記蓋が前記アンロック状態にされている場合は前記リレーを導通させない、請求項4に記載の車両。 - さらに、一方端が前記第2の受電部に接続され、他方端が前記第2の受電部からの外部充電時に外部電力を受ける充電コードを備える、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- さらに、前記充電コードを使用する場合は前記車両外に前記充電コードを延ばし、前記充電コードを使用しない場合は前記充電コードを前記車両内に巻き取るコード巻き取り器を備える、請求項6に記載の車両。
- 前記第1の受電部は、前記第1の受電部からの外部充電時に充電ケーブルを介して外部充電装置に接続され、
前記第1の電流値は前記充電ケーブルの定格電流値であり、
前記第2の電流値は前記充電コードの定格電流値である、請求項6または請求項7に記載の車両。
