Abstract
【解決手段】コーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品の製造方法であって、合成樹脂100重量部と、含水率が3%未満であり、30メッシュの篩を通過し、かつ50メッシュの篩を通過しないコーヒーかす50重量部以上200重量部未満とを、撹拌混合したのち、成形することを特徴とする、コーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品の製造方法ならびに、この方法によって製造されたコーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品である。

形が困難になる場合がある。
また無理に成形したとしても、水蒸気による発泡で成形品がもろいものとなり、また成形品の表面にも気泡が発生する。コーヒーかすの含水率を3%未満とすることは、樹脂混合物が金型に付着するのを防止する上でも有効である。従って、成形に先立って、コーヒーかすを撹拌しながら乾燥する工程が必要となる。なお、成形品にコーヒーの香りを生かそうとする場合には、発生したコーヒーかすを可能な限り新鮮なうちに乾燥させ、さらにコーヒーかすの水分を1〜3%残すことが望ましい。
トとして使用することが可能であり、土中で分解した成形品は、そのまま肥料としての機能を発揮する。もちろん当初から固形肥料としての用途展開も可能である。
低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(日本ポリエチレン社製、ノバテックLD LJ18041、MFR23g/10min)100重量部に対して、流動パラフィン1重量部を添加して混合し、樹脂ペレットの表面を流動パラフィンで濡らした後、前記のコーヒーかす105部を添加し、撹拌して、均一に混合した。混合は、射出成形機のホッパーに取り付けたスクリュー式の撹拌装置によって行った。射出成形用金型としては、ダイレクトスプルー形式
とし、金型の樹脂に接する表面には、窒化チタン処理を施した。金型の温度は、60℃に設定した。図2に示した形状のコースターを作成した。コースターの重量は、約70gであり、射出成形機の成形容量100gの約70%であった。得られた成形品は、表面状態も良好であり、コーヒーの香りがして、コーヒー店用のコースターとして好適なものであった。

Claims (5)
- コーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品の製造方法であって、合成樹脂100重量部と、含水率が3%未満であり、30メッシュの篩を通過し、かつ50メッシュの篩を通過しないコーヒーかす50重量部以上200重量部未満とを、撹拌混合したのち、成形することを特徴とする、コーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記合成樹脂は、メルトフローレート(JIS K7210準拠)が、10以上30未満の熱可塑性樹脂であり、前記成形機が射出成形機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記合成樹脂は、生分解性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のコーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 成型時の熱によって、コーヒーかすを炭化させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されたコーヒーかすを含有する樹脂成形品。
