Abstract
【解決手段】クリーニング装置80は、搬送パドル85と、これを回転自在にして支持する軸受構造90とを備える。軸受構造90は、搬送パドル85の軸部85aを支持する壁面から窪んだ形にして形成され、その軸部85aの端部85bを収容可能な軸部85aより大きい内径を有する円筒形状の凹部91と、この凹部91と壁面81aの外部とを連通する形で設けられた潤滑剤流通孔92とを備える。これにより、クリーニング装置80の組み立て時、搬送パドル85の軸部85aを凹部91に挿入することにより凹部91から溢れそうになった潤滑剤を、クリーニング装置80の外部へと導くことができる。

Claims (5)
- 回転部材の軸部の端部に対応する箇所に設けられ、回転部材を、軸線まわりに回転自在にして支持する軸受構造において、
前記回転部材の軸部を支持する壁面から窪んだ形にして形成され、その軸部の端部を収容可能な軸部より大きい内径を有する円筒形状の凹部と、この凹部と前記壁面の外部とを連通する形で設けられた潤滑剤流通孔とを備えることを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 前記回転部材の軸部の端部近傍に、前記凹部の内径より大きい外径を有し、凹部をカバーする形で設けられたフランジ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記壁面の、前記凹部の径方向外側に設けられた環状溝部と、これに係合する、前記フランジ部の軸線方向外側に設けられた環状突起部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸受構造。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を備えたことを特徴とする像担持体のクリーニング装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を備えたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
