Abstract
【解決手段】前記行程プロフィール(17)の第1の行程曲線(21)及び第2の行程曲線(22)が、軸方向でも半径方向でも輪郭形成されており、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の軸方向での輪郭形成を介してそれぞれのカム又はカムピースの所定の軸方向移動が実施され、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の半径方向での輪郭形成を介して前記行程曲線(21,22)の衝突が回避されるようにした。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関のバルブ機構であって、ガス交換弁を操作するためのカムを備えるカム軸を有しており、複数のカム軌道を有する少なくとも1つのカムが、カム軸に相対回動不能に、しかし軸方向では移動可能に案内されており、軸方向で移動可能に案内されたそれぞれのカム、又は軸方向で移動可能に案内され、複数のカムを有するカムピースに、カム又はカムピースを軸方向で移動させるために操作ピンと協働する行程プロフィールが配設されており、軸方向で移動可能に案内されたそれぞれのカム又はカムピースの行程プロフィールが複数の行程曲線を有する形式のものにおいて、前記行程プロフィール(17)の第1の行程曲線(21)及び第2の行程曲線(22)が、軸方向でも半径方向でも輪郭形成されており、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の軸方向での輪郭形成を介してそれぞれのカム又はカムピースの所定の軸方向移動が実施され、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の半径方向での輪郭形成を介して前記行程曲線(21,22)の衝突が回避されることを特徴とする、内燃機関のバルブ機構。
- 前記操作ピン(18)のための前記行程プロフィール(17)の前記第1及び第2の行程曲線(21,22)の導入領域(26,27)、ひいては前記行程プロフィール(17)の前記行程曲線(21,22)の始端領域が、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の周方向で略同位置に位置する、請求項1記載のバルブ機構。
- 前記行程プロフィール(17)の前記第1及び第2の行程曲線(21,22)の前記導入領域(26,27)が、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の軸方向で間隔を置いており、かつ前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の半径方向で略同位置に位置する、請求項2記載のバルブ機構。
- 前記操作ピン(18)のための前記行程プロフィール(17)の前記第1及び第2の行程曲線(21,22)の導出領域(28,29)、ひいては前記行程プロフィール(17)の前記行程曲線(21,22)の終端領域が、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の周方向で間隔を置いている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のバルブ機構。
- 前記行程プロフィール(17)の前記第1及び第2の行程曲線(21,22)の前記導出領域(28,29)が、前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の軸方向及び前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の半径方向で略同位置に位置する、請求項4記載のバルブ機構。
- 前記第1の行程曲線(21)の前記導入領域(26)から前記行程プロフィール(17)あるいは前記カム軸の周方向で見て前記第2の行程曲線(22)の前記導出領域(29)の手前に位置する、前記第1の行程曲線(21)の前記導出領域(28)が、該導出領域(28)の対応する周方向位置で、半径方向で前記第2の行程曲線(22)の上側に位置する、請求項4又は5記載のバルブ機構。
