Abstract
【解決手段】鋼板に亜鉛系めっきを施した後、酸性溶液に接触させてめっき皮膜表面に酸化物層を形成する亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法において、酸性溶液として、溶存酸素濃度が8.30ppm以上であるpH緩衝作用を有する酸性溶液を用いるとともに、酸性溶液に接触後、大気中に1〜60秒放置し、水洗することを特徴とする亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。

Claims (7)
- 鋼板に亜鉛系めっきを施した後、酸性溶液に接触させてめっき皮膜表面に酸化物層を形成する亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法において、酸性溶液として、溶存酸素濃度が8.30ppm以上であるpH緩衝作用を有する酸性溶液を用いるとともに、酸性溶液に接触後、大気中に1〜60秒放置し、水洗することを特徴とする亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 溶存酸素濃度が10.00ppm以上のpH緩衝作用を有する酸性溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 溶存酸素濃度が15.00ppm以上のpH緩衝作用を有する酸性溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- pH緩衝作用を有する酸性溶液として、酢酸塩、フタル酸塩、クエン酸塩、コハク酸塩、乳酸塩、酒石酸塩、ホウ酸塩、リン酸塩のうち少なくとも1種類以上を含有し、pHが1.0〜5.0の範囲にある酸性溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 酢酸塩、フタル酸塩、クエン酸塩、コハク酸塩、乳酸塩、酒石酸塩、ホウ酸塩、リン酸塩のうち少なくとも1種類以上を、各5〜50g/lの範囲で含有する酸性溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 酸性溶液に接触後、アルカリ性溶液に接触させて表面に残存した酸性溶液の中和処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 酸性溶液に接触後、鋼板表面に形成される液膜の付着量を15g/m2以下にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の亜鉛系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
