Abstract
【解決手段】空調システム10は、冷却水を冷却する複数の冷却塔42A〜42Hと、凝縮器46X〜46Z及び蒸発器48X〜48Zを有する冷凍機44X〜44Zと、冷凍機運転を行うための冷凍機運転用循環ラインと、フリークーリング運転を行うためのフリークーリング運転用循環ラインと、冷凍機運転用循環ラインとフリークーリング運転用循環ラインとを切り替えるとともにフリークーリング運転用循環ラインに接続される冷却塔の台数を調節する開閉弁68と、開閉弁68を制御することによって冷却塔42A〜42Hの稼働台数を制御する制御装置70と、を備える。

Description
図1は第1の実施形態の空調システムの構成を模式的に示すシステム図である。同図に示す空調システム10は、クリーンルーム設備12の空調を行うシステムである。
図5は第2の実施形態の空調システム11の構成を模式的に示すシステム図である。同図に示す空調システム11は、1系統の負荷部24を空調するシステムである。なお、図1に示した第1の実施形態と同様の構成、作用を有する部材については、同じ符号(X〜Zを除く)を付してその説明を省略する。
図7は第3の実施形態の空調システム10の構成を模式的に示すシステム図である。同図に示す空調システム10は、1系統の負荷部24を空調するシステムである。なお、図1に示した第1の実施形態と同様の構成、作用、を有する部材については、同じ符号を付してその説明を省略する場合がある。
Claims (9)
- 複数の冷却塔で冷却した冷却水が供給される冷凍機を冷熱源とする冷凍機運転と、前記複数の冷却塔の少なくとも一部を冷熱源とするフリークーリング運転と、を行う空調方法であって、
前記フリークーリング運転時に、前記冷却塔の稼働台数を制御することを特徴とする空調方法。 - 前記複数の冷却塔の少なくとも一部を前記冷凍機とともに冷熱源として併用する中間運転を行うとともに、該中間運転時に、前記冷熱源となる冷却塔の稼働台数を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調方法。
- 前記運転の切替を外気温度と空調負荷条件に応じて行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空調方法。
- 前記冷凍機を複数設けるとともに、該複数の冷凍機に対してそれぞれ前記冷却塔の稼働台数を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の空調方法。
- 前記冷凍機がターボ冷凍機であり、インバータ制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の空調方法。
- 前記複数の冷却塔または前記冷凍機で冷却した冷却水を循環させるポンプの回転数を制御することにより、前記冷却水の流量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の空調方法。
- 冷却水を冷却する複数の冷却塔と、
凝縮器及び蒸発器を有する冷凍機と、
前記冷却塔で冷却した冷却水を前記凝縮器に循環させるとともに、前記蒸発器で冷却した冷却水を前記空調負荷部に循環させる冷凍機運転用循環ラインと、
前記冷却塔で冷却した冷却水を前記空調負荷部に循環させるフリークーリング運転用循環ラインと、
前記冷凍機運転用循環ラインと前記フリークーリング運転用循環ラインとを切り替えるとともに、前記フリークーリング運転用循環ラインに接続される冷却塔の台数を調節するライン切替手段と、
前記ライン切替手段を制御するとともに前記複数の冷却塔の運転と停止を個別に制御する制御装置と、
を備えたことを特徴とする空調システム。 - 前記複数の冷却塔を前記冷凍機の蒸発器に直列に接続する中間運転用循環ラインを備え、
前記ライン切替手段は、該中間運転用循環ラインを含めてラインの切り替えを行うとともに、前記中間運転用循環ラインに接続される冷却塔の台数を変更することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空調システム。 - 前記冷凍機が複数設けられるとともに、各冷凍機に接続される前記冷却塔の台数が前記ライン切替手段で変更されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の空調システム。
