Abstract
【解決手段】例えば、車椅子に適用される昇段装置であって、循環軌道上を動いて次の段に接触し該次の段に昇段装置を持ち上げる又は下げることが可能な少なくとも1つの昇要素15を含む。昇段装置は、少なくとも1つの昇要素15を循環軌道上で動かすための駆動力を提供する駆動モータ2を含み、循環軌道上の少なくとも1つの昇要素15は、非一定の回転速度で動かされる。ギア動力伝達アセンブリ3が、駆動モータ2と少なくとも1つの昇要素15の間に設けられ、この少なくとも1つの昇要素15の回転速度は、駆動モータ2の回転速度に応じて周期的に変化させられる。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの昇要素(15)を有する昇段装置であって、
昇要素(15)は、循環軌道上を動いて次の段に接触し、該次の段に昇段装置を持ち上げる又は下げることが可能であり、
少なくとも1つの昇要素(15)を循環軌道上で動かすための駆動力を提供する駆動モータ(2)を含み、
少なくとも1つの昇要素(15)が循環軌道上を非一定の速度で動かされる昇段装置において、
駆動モータ(2)と少なくとも1つの昇要素(15)の間に、少なくとも1つの昇要素(15)の回転速度を駆動モータ(2)の回転速度に応じて周期的に変化させるギア動力伝達アセンブリが設けられたことを特徴とする昇段装置。 - ギア動力伝達アセンブリが、機械的なギア動力伝達アセンブリであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇段装置。
- ギア動力伝達アセンブリが、カルダン継手、リンケージギアアセンブリ、非円形鎖車を有するチェーンギアアセンブリ、非円形ベルトプーリを有する歯付きベルトギアアセンブリ、カム−ローラ星型ギアアセンブリ、及びカムギアアセンブリからなる群の内の一つであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の昇段装置。
- 前記ギア動力伝達アセンブリが、機械的なギア動力伝達アセンブリであり、すなわち、非円形ギア動力伝達アセンブリ(3)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇段装置。
- 非円形ギア動力伝達アセンブリ(3)は、異なる作用線又は接触線を有する2つの非円形ギア輪(4、5)を有すること特徴とする請求項4に記載の昇段装置。
- 非円形ギア動力伝達アセンブリ(3)は、同じ作用線又は接触線を有する2つの非円形ギア輪(4、5)を有すること特徴とする請求項4に記載の昇段装置。
- 非円形ギア輪(4、5)は、鏡像位置にある作用線又は接触線の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の昇段装置。
- 非円形ギア輪(4、5)は、オフセットされた作用線又は接触線の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の昇段装置。
- 駆動モータ(2)は、周期的な回転速度変化をともなって駆動され、
駆動モータ(2)の回転速度変化により引き起こされる少なくとも1つの昇要素(15)の速度変化は、ギア動力伝達アセンブリにより引き起こされる少なくとも1つの昇要素(15)の速度変化と重なることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の昇段装置。 - 2つの昇要素(15)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の昇段装置。
- 昇要素(15)が、偏心アーム(10)に取り付けられる走行輪(15)として実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の昇段装置。
- 車椅子に適用される請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の昇段装置。
