Abstract
【解決手段】光トランシーバは、フェースパネルの外面に対向するフランジを有する。ホストシステムは、フェースパネルの外面に対向するように設けられたホルダと、ホルダとフェースパネルとの間において、開口を囲むように設けられたガスケットとを有する。光トランシーバのフランジには、当該光トランシーバをレールシステムに固定するためのねじが取り付けられている。当該ねじは、フランジとホルダとの間に押圧手段を有する。押圧手段は、ねじのレールシステムへの締結に同期して、ホルダを押圧し、押圧されたホルダがガスケットを変形させてフェースパネルの開口と光トランシーバ12との間の隙間を塞ぐ。

Description
(1)まず、電気コネクタ22のピン22bをそれぞれ、対応する位置のビアホールに挿入し、ソルダリングする。
(2)次いで、このコネクタをレールシステムの後端部で覆う。すなわち、整合ピン20eを電気コネクタ22の整合孔22dに挿入してレールシステム20と電気コネクタ22との相対位置を規定する
(3)最後に、レールシステム20の位置を保持したまま、ホスト基板18の裏面からレールシステム20をねじ止めして、レールシステム20を基板18に固定する。
Claims (3)
- 開口を提供するフェースパネル、基板、及び、該基板上に設けられたレールシステムを有するホストシステムと、
前記開口を通して前記ホストシステムに挿入されることにより、該ホストシステムとの通信経路を確立するプラガブル光トランシーバと、
を備え、
前記光トランシーバは、前記フェースパネルの外面に対向するフランジを有しており、
前記ホストシステムは、
前記フェースパネルの前記外面に対向するように設けられたホルダと、
前記ホルダと前記フェースパネルとの間において、前記開口を囲むように設けられたガスケットと、
を有し、
前記光トランシーバの前記フランジには、該光トランシーバを前記レールシステムに固定するためのねじが取り付けられており、
前記ねじは、前記フランジと前記ホルダとの間に押圧手段を有しており、
前記押圧手段は、前記ねじの前記レールシステムへの締結に同期して、前記ホルダを押圧し、押圧された該ホルダが前記ガスケットを変形させて前記開口と前記光トランシーバとの間の隙間を塞ぐ、
光トランシーバシステム。 - 前記ガスケットの自然状態での内周は、前記光トランシーバの外周よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の光トランシーバシステム。
- 前記フェースパネルは、前記ねじが通過する孔を有しており、
前記フェースパネルの孔の径は、前記フェースパネルを通過する部分の前記ねじの径よりも大きい、
