Abstract
【解決手段】金属蒸着層4を備えた不織布6が、段ボール紙10の少なくとも一方の面に貼合されてなる遮熱シート2であり、方形に加工されて両端部を折り曲げられた通気層確保部材に用いられ、該通気層確保部材は、野地板を張った垂木間に断熱材を充填する際に、垂木間に室内側から嵌め込まれ野地板と断熱材との間に通気層を確保するようにし、且つ前記垂木間に前記断熱材に当接するように室内側から充填されるものである。また、前記遮熱シート2からなり、方形に加工されて両端部を折り曲げられた通気層確保部材である。

Description
Pont社 製 商標)を用い、片面にアルミニウムを蒸着した。蒸着層の厚さは0.01μであった。蒸着されたこの不織布を、蒸着層を表側にしてホットメルトスプレイ法により、目付3g/m2のホットメルトスプレイウエブを介して単段の段ボール紙に加熱圧着し遮熱シートを得た。
実施例2で用いた蒸着前の不織布を単段の段ボール紙にホットメルトスプレイ法により、目付3g/m2のホットメルトスプレイウエブを介して加熱圧着し遮熱シートを得て、遮熱性評価テストに供した。
実施例7〜10、比較例1の遮熱シートを試料とし、単段の段ボール紙をブランク試料として加え、各試料につき遮熱性評価テストを行った。
室温21℃の室内に、図7に示す配置でヒーター50(電気ストーブ:960kw)、試料52、サーモビュアカメラ54を設置し、ヒーター50により試料を加熱し、試料50の、ヒーター50に面する側と反対側の面55の表面温度を測定した。試料52のサイズはA4サイズとし、縦にして床面と試料下端との間隔を15cmとした。蒸着面を有する試料については、蒸着面をヒーター50に面する側とした。
加熱開始から5分後の面55の中心部の表面温度を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 金属蒸着層を備えた不織布が、段ボール紙の少なくとも一方の面に貼合されてなる遮熱シート。
- 前記不織布が、透湿防水フィルム層を備える請求項1に記載の遮熱シート。
- 前記不織布が前記金属蒸着層を外側にして前記段ボール紙の面に貼合されてなる請求項1または2に記載の遮熱シート。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の遮熱シートからなり、方形に加工されて両端部を折り曲げられた通気路層確保部材。
