Abstract
【解決手段】誘電体酸化皮膜層4の表面に導電性高分子の固体電解質6を有するコンデンサ素子1を備える固体電解コンデンサの製造方法において、前記誘電体酸化皮膜層4の表面に酸化マンガン層を形成し、この酸化マンガン層を酸化剤として3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンと芳香族スルホン酸と多価アルコールと溶媒を含む反応溶液を化学重合させ、前記酸化マンガン層のマンガンイオンに多価アルコールを配位させて固体電解質6から除外するように固体電解質6を形成するようにした固体電解コンデンサの製造方法とするものである。

Description
本発明の実施の形態における固体電解コンデンサについて説明する。
実施例1は、コンデンサ素子がアルミニウム箔の陽極体を用いてPEDTの固体電解質が形成されたものである。
実施例2〜実施例4は、実施例1の反応溶液の芳香族スルホン酸が実施例1と異なり、芳香族スルホン酸の含有量に対し純水の含有量を調整した。
比較例1〜比較例4は、夫々実施例1〜実施例4の反応溶液にエチレングリコールを含有しないものであり、代わりにイソプロピルアルコールの含有量を増やした。
比較例5は、実施例1の反応溶液にイソプロピルアルコールを含有させずに、代わりにエチレングリコールにしたものである。
実施例5、実施例6は、反応溶液中のエチレングリコールの含有量が実施例1と異なるものであり、エチレングリコールの含有量に対し純水の含有量を調整した。
実施例7、実施例8は、熱分解処理の雰囲気の湿度が実施例1と異なるものであり、これ以外は実施例1と同様に作製した。
実施例9は、硝酸マンガン水溶液の濃度を変化させて、誘電体酸化皮膜層上に酸化マンガン層の付着量を1、5、10、15、20、25μg/mm2にした以外は実施例1と同様に作製した。

Claims (4)
- 誘電体酸化皮膜層の表面に導電性高分子の固体電解質を有するコンデンサ素子を備える固体電解コンデンサの製造方法において、前記誘電体酸化皮膜層の表面に酸化マンガン層を形成し、この酸化マンガン層を酸化剤として3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンと芳香族スルホン酸と多価アルコールと溶媒を含む反応溶液を化学重合させ、前記酸化マンガン層のマンガンイオンに多価アルコールを配位させて固体電解質から除外するように固体電解質を形成するようにした固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 溶媒は水と一価アルコールからなり、多価アルコールはエチレングリコールからなり、エチレングリコールの含有量が10重量%以下(0%を除く)である請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記芳香族スルホン酸は、スルホサリチル酸である請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記酸化マンガン層の形成は、前記誘電体酸化皮膜層の表面に硝酸マンガン水溶液を付着させた後、湿度40vol%以上の加湿雰囲気で熱分解を行うものである請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
