Claims (4)
- 少なくとも一組の対向する光源を含む複数の光源と、表示デバイスと、前記複数の光源の出力光を合成する光合成手段と、前記光合成手段の出力光を前記表示デバイスに伝搬する集光手段と、前記表示デバイスの出力光により映像を投写する投写手段と、前記複数の光源にそれぞれ配設されたファンを有する冷却手段と、前記冷却手段を制御する制御手段と、を備えた投写型表示装置であって、
前記制御手段は、前記一組の対向する光源の点灯状況に関する情報に基づき、前記冷却手段のファンの回転数を制御することを特徴とする投写型表示装置。 - 前記冷却手段のファンの回転数を検知する回転検知手段を更に備え、前記回転検知手段から出力される情報に基づき、前記冷却手段のファンの回転数を所定の回転数に制御することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の投写型表示装置。
- 気温検出手段、気圧検出手段および設置姿勢検出手段を更に備え、前記気温検出手段、前記気圧検出手段および設置姿勢検出手段から出力された情報、ならびに前記複数の光源の点灯状況に関する情報に基づき、前記冷却手段のファンの回転数を制御することを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の投写型表示装置。
- 前記複数の光源のそれぞれに配設された冷却手段は、導風ダクトおよび前記導風ダクト内に設けられた風量制御弁を更に備え、前記複数の光源の点灯状況に関する情報に基づき、前記制御部は、前記冷却手段のファンの回転数及び風量制御弁を制御することを特徴とする請求項１から請求項３のいずれか１項に記載の投写型表示装置。
