Abstract
【解決手段】給水ポンプ19によって配管15内に脱気水Waを供給して分注ノズル11先端近傍まで満たし、分注ポンプ13の近傍に設けられた給水弁17を閉じて分注ノズル11先端側が開放された脱気水空間を形成し、この脱気水空間に対して分注ポンプ13を動作させることによって分注ノズル11による吸排動作を行わせる分注装置1において、給水弁17を介して脱気水空間に接続され、負圧状態を維持した負圧手段24を備え、脱気水空間内の気泡を除去する場合、給水弁17のA端とC端とを開にして、配管15と、負圧手段24が接続された配管23とを連通状態にして脱気水空間を負圧状態にすることを特徴とする。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる分注装置の構成を示すブロック図である。この図1における分注装置1は、例えば、検体または試薬を含む液体試料を吸引し、吸引した液体試料を吐出して分注を行うものである。分注装置1は、図1に示すように、分注ノズル11、分注ポンプ13、圧力センサ16、給水弁17、給水ポンプ19、負圧手段24および制御機構30を備える。
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。上述した実施の形態1では、負圧手段24が、給水弁17を介して配管15内に接続されていたが、本発明の実施の形態2では、負圧手段53が、切替弁51を介して配管15に接続されている。

Claims (3)
- 分注ノズルと給水ポンプとの間を接続する配管に分注ポンプが接続され、該給水ポンプによって前記配管内に脱気水を供給して前記分注ノズル先端近傍まで満たし、前記分注ポンプの近傍に設けられた給水弁を閉じて分注ノズル先端側が開放された脱気水空間を形成し、この脱気水空間に対して前記分注ポンプを動作させることによって前記分注ノズルによる吸排動作を行わせる分注装置において、
切替弁を介して前記脱気水空間に接続され、負圧状態を維持した負圧手段を備え、前記脱気水空間内の気泡を除去する場合、前記切替弁を開にして前記脱気水空間を負圧状態にすることを特徴とする分注装置。 - 前記給水弁は、前記切替弁の機能を有し、前記負圧手段が接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記負圧手段は、予め負圧状態に設定した前記脱気水を満たしておくことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の分注装置。
