Abstract
【解決手段】車輪5と共に回転するディスク6と、ディスク6に当接して摩擦力を付与する制輪子7と、空気圧の変化によって変形し、制輪子7にディスク6への押圧力を印加するダイヤフラム75と、制輪子7に対して並列に設けられ、ダイヤフラム75の押圧力を制輪子7に伝達する複数のピストンユニット50と、を備え、ピストンユニット50は、制輪子7に対して垂直に、かつ並列に並んだ複数のピストン55と、ピストン55とダイヤフラム75との間に設けられ、複数のピストン55を互いに連結すると共にダイヤフラム75からの押圧力を受ける受圧プレート51と、を備えることでダイヤフラム75の押圧面積を大きくすることができ、押圧効率が向上する。

Claims (4)
- 車輪と共に回転するディスクと、
前記ディスクに当接して摩擦力を付与する制輪子と、
空気圧の変化によって変形し、前記制輪子に前記ディスクへの押圧力を印加するダイヤフラムと、
前記制輪子に対して並列に設けられ、前記ダイヤフラムの押圧力を前記制輪子に伝達する複数のピストンユニットと、
を備え、
前記ピストンユニットは、
前記制輪子に対して垂直に、かつ並列に並んだ複数のピストンと、
前記ピストンと前記ダイヤフラムとの間に設けられ、複数の前記ピストンを互いに連結すると共にダイヤフラムからの押圧力を受ける受圧プレートと、
を備えることを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンユニットは三個のピストンを備え、
前記受圧プレートは、各々のピストンの頂点を結ぶ三角形状に形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンユニットのピストンの一つは、前記ディスクと前記制輪子が接する面のディスク径方向の中央に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記受圧プレートの前記ダイヤフラムと接する側の面の形状は、前記ピストンの頂点を結ぶ三角形の重心位置を通過し、かつ前記制輪子に対して垂直な直線上に中心点を持つ球形状であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
