Abstract
【解決手段】直流電源の電圧Viを昇圧するスナバ回路付きDC−DCコンバータであって、スナバ回路は、平滑コンデンサCoの両端に接続されスナバコンデンサCsとスナバ抵抗Rsとの直列回路、スナバコンデンサCsとスナバ抵抗Rsとの接続点とリアクトルLr1とトランスT1の巻き上げ巻線1bとの接続点とに接続されたスナバダイオードDs1、スナバコンデンサCsとスナバ抵抗Rsとの接続点とリアクトルLr2とトランスT2の巻き上げ巻線2bとの接続点とに接続されたスナバダイオードDs2から構成される。

Claims (2)
- 直流電源の電圧を昇圧するスナバ回路付きDC−DCコンバータであって、
前記直流電源の両端に第1トランスの1次巻線を介して接続される第1スイッチと、
前記直流電源の両端に第2トランスの1次巻線を介して接続される第2スイッチと、
前記第1スイッチの両端に接続され、第1リアクトルと前記第1トランスの巻き上げ巻線と第1ダイオードと平滑コンデンサとからなる第1直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチの一端と前記平滑コンデンサの一端とに接続された第2ダイオードと、
前記第2スイッチの両端に接続され、第2リアクトルと前記第2トランスの巻き上げ巻線と第3ダイオードと前記平滑コンデンサとからなる第2直列回路と、
前記第2スイッチの一端と前記平滑コンデンサの一端とに接続された第4ダイオードと、
前記第1トランスの2次巻線と前記第2トランスの2次巻線とが直列に接続された直列回路の両端に接続される第3リアクトルと、
前記平滑コンデンサの両端に接続され、スナバコンデンサとスナバ抵抗とからなる第3直列回路と、
前記スナバコンデンサと前記スナバ抵抗との接続点と前記第1リアクトルと前記第1トランスの巻き上げ巻線との接続点とに接続された第1スナバダイオードと、
前記スナバコンデンサと前記スナバ抵抗との接続点と前記第2リアクトルと前記第2トランスの巻き上げ巻線との接続点とに接続された第2スナバダイオードと、
前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチとを1/2周期毎に交互にターンオンさせ、前記第1スイッチを前記第2スイッチのオン期間にターンオフさせ、前記第2スイッチを前記第1スイッチのオン期間にターンオフさせる制御回路と、
を有することを特徴とするスナバ回路付きDC−DCコンバータ。 - 直流電源の電圧を昇圧するスナバ回路付きDC−DCコンバータであって、
前記直流電源の両端に第1トランスの1次巻線と第1リアクトルとを介して接続される第1スイッチと、
前記直流電源の両端に第2トランスの1次巻線と第2リアクトルとを介して接続される第2スイッチと、
前記第1リアクトルと前記第1スイッチとの直列回路の両端に接続され、前記第1トランスの1次巻線に直列に接続された前記第1トランスの巻き上げ巻線と第1ダイオードと平滑コンデンサとからなる第1直列回路と、
前記第1リアクトルと前記第1スイッチとの接続点と前記平滑コンデンサの一端とに接続された第2ダイオードと、
前記第2リアクトルと前記第2スイッチとの直列回路の両端に接続され、前記第2トランスの1次巻線に直列に接続された前記第2トランスの巻き上げ巻線と第3ダイオードと前記平滑コンデンサとからなる第2直列回路と、
前記第2リアクトルと前記第2スイッチとの接続点と前記平滑コンデンサの一端とに接続された第4ダイオードと、
前記第1トランスの2次巻線と前記第2トランスの2次巻線とが直列に接続された直列回路の両端に接続される第3リアクトルと、
前記平滑コンデンサの両端に接続され、スナバコンデンサとスナバ抵抗とからなる第3直列回路と、
前記スナバコンデンサと前記スナバ抵抗との接続点と前記第1トランスの1次巻線と巻き上げ巻線との接続点とに接続された第1スナバダイオードと、
前記スナバコンデンサと前記スナバ抵抗との接続点と前記第2トランスの1次巻線と巻き上げ巻線との接続点とに接続された第2スナバダイオードと、
前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチとを1/2周期毎に交互にターンオンさせ、前記第1スイッチを前記第2スイッチのオン期間にターンオフさせ、前記第2スイッチを前記第1スイッチのオン期間にターンオフさせる制御回路と、
を有することを特徴とするスナバ回路付きDC−DCコンバータ。
