Claims (3)
- 電力変換用のトランジスタと、
前記トランジスタに直列に接続されているダイオードと、
前記トランジスタと前記ダイオードとに並列に接続されており、前記トランジスタが発生するリップルを抑制する平滑コンデンサと、
スナバコンデンサとインダクタ素子と抵抗の直列接続で構成されており、前記平滑コンデンサに並列に接続されているスナバ回路と、
を備えており、
前記スナバコンデンサの容量と前記インダクタ素子のインダクタンスと前記抵抗の大きさが、前記スナバ回路の共振周波数が前記トランジスタのリンギング周波数に一致し、前記スナバ回路と前記平滑コンデンサで構成される第1ループの前記共振周波数におけるインピーダンスが前記トランジスタと前記平滑コンデンサで構成される第2ループの前記共振周波数におけるインピーダンスよりも小さくなるように設定されている、電力変換装置。 - 前記スナバコンデンサの容量は、前記トランジスタの端子間容量に等しくなるように設定されており、
前記インダクタ素子のインダクタンスは、前記第1ループのインダクタンスが前記第2ループのインダクタンスに等しくなるように設定されており、
前記抵抗の大きさは、前記共振周波数における前記第1ループのインピーダンスが前記共振周波数における前記第2ループのインピーダンスよりも小さくなるように設定されている、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記スナバ回路は、前記平滑コンデンサを収容するコンデンサユニットに収容されている、請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置。
