Claims (7)
- 直流電源の直流電圧をトランスの1次巻線を介してオン/オフすることにより高周波電圧に変換する第1スイッチと、
前記トランスの1次巻線の両端又は前記第1スイッチの両端に接続され、第2スイッチとクランプコンデンサとが直列に接続された直列回路と、
前記トランスの2次巻線に発生する高周波電圧を同期整流する同期整流回路と、
この同期整流回路の整流出力を平滑リアクトルと平滑コンデンサとで平滑して直流電圧を出力する平滑回路と、
軽負荷時の前記同期整流回路の電流の逆流により、前記平滑リアクトルに蓄えられたエネルギーをダイオードを介して蓄えるコンデンサと、
前記第2スイッチと同期してオンし、前記コンデンサに蓄えられたエネルギーを前記トランスを介して1次側の前記クランプコンデンサに帰還させる第3スイッチと、
前記第1スイッチと前記第2スイッチとを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
を有することを特徴とする直流変換装置。 - 前記平滑リアクトルは、前記トランスの補助巻線からなり、
前記トランスの2次巻線は、前記トランスの1次巻線と密結合させて巻回され、前記トランスの補助巻線は、前記1次巻線と疎結合させて巻回されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の直流変換装置。 - 前記トランスの2次巻線の巻数と補助巻線の巻数とは同数であり、前記2次巻線は、前記トランスの1次巻線に対して逆相に巻回され、前記補助巻線は、前記1次巻線と同相に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の直流変換装置。
- 前記トランスの2次巻線に直列に接続された前記トランスの3次巻線を有し、
前記第3スイッチは、前記第2スイッチがオンした時に前記トランスの3次巻線に発生する電圧によりオンし、前記コンデンサに蓄えられたエネルギーを前記トランスを介して1次側の前記クランプコンデンサに帰還させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の直流変換装置。 - 前記トランスの3次巻線は、前記トランスの1次巻線に対して逆相に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の直流変換装置。
- 前記第3スイッチのオン時間を前記第2スイッチのオン時間より短く設定するオン時間設定手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の直流変換装置。
- 前記同期整流回路は、前記トランスの2次巻線の一端と前記平滑コンデンサの一端とに接続された同期整流素子と整流素子との並列回路を有し、前記2次巻線の一端と前記整流素子のカソードとの接続点と前記コンデンサの一端とに接続された第2ダイオードは、
前記整流素子のリカバリ時に、リカバリによるエネルギーをこの第2ダイオードを介して前記コンデンサに吸収させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の直流変換装置。
