Claims (13)
- 試料を含むチューブ(12)を支持するためのターンテーブル(10)と、ターンテーブルをターンテーブルの軸上に位置する回転軸に関して振動運動をさせる手段(16、18)と、を含む生物学的試料を粉砕する装置であって、チューブ冷却手段(30、132)が装置のある部分(20、22)によって運搬され、ターンテーブルを取り囲んでターンテーブルによって運搬されるチューブ(12)が振動する領域を含む冷却領域を画定すること、を特徴とする装置。
- 冷却手段(30、132)は冷却領域を画定し、それを装置の静止部分又は移動部分(20、22)上に位置させる又は固着させることを可能とする手段(34)を含む略碗又は鐘の形状の円筒壁(32、132)を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒壁(32、132)は、チューブによって放出された熱を吸収するために、チューブの温度より低い温度、例えば0℃より低いこと、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 円筒壁は冷却流体を移送又は循環させる手段(38、136)を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の装置。
- 循環手段(38)は冷気をチューブに向けて噴出するためのノズル(39)が備えられた、を特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 円筒壁(32)は熱電冷却手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の装置。
- 冷却手段(30)は冷却手段内部に存在する加熱された気体を吸い出す手段(36)を含む、請求項2乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 冷却手段(30)は装置の静止部分(20)上に固定される又は着脱可能な仕方で装着されること、を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 冷却手段は、装置の閉鎖可能なカバー(22)の内部に固定された鐘(132)と、鐘の内部に冷気を移送する手段とを含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 鐘は二重壁であり、その内部壁は冷気排出穴(138)を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 空気排気経路(140)が鐘及びカバーの頂上中央部分に形成されること、を特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 装置は、複数のチューブを運搬し、装置のターンテーブル(10)上に備えられた収納部にチューブを同時に置くために、サポート(40)上に配置された複数のチューブ(12)を同時に持ち上げる自動多重クランプ型のアクセサリ(44)を含み、チューブは弾性スナップ締めによって自動的に持ち上げられ、前記アクセサリ(8)に備えられた制御部材(50)が一段階動作を実行することによって配置されること、を特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- アクセサリは、把持するためにチューブの頂上端を覆い、チューブの端部に係合しクランプするよう構成された複数の弾性スナップ締め手段を備える輪状のカバー(46)と、例えば、押し釦又は四分の一回転釦によって形成され、カバー(46)に配置され、チューブ(12)の端から外すために弾性スナップ締め手段(48)の全てに作用するにように構成された制御部材(50)を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
