Claims (8)
- 溶融作業において液体金属を輸送する、耐火材料で被覆される輸送取鍋のような容器(3)を予熱するための加熱装置であって、前記容器が、容器閉鎖蓋(2、20)を備える加熱スタンド(1)で加熱される加熱装置において、
前記容器(3)を加熱しかつ加熱維持するための多孔性バーナ(7)の使用を特徴とする加熱装置。 - 前記多孔性バーナ(7)が升目状に構成されかつ配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 最適に空間分布して前記閉鎖蓋(2)の内壁(6)に形成された、多孔性バーナ(7)からなる升目状体(8)を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記閉鎖蓋(20)を通して前記容器(3)内に突出する支柱(12)に、多孔性バーナ(7)からなる最適に空間分布された升目状体(8)が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記多孔性バーナ(7)が、前記支柱(12)の全周にわたって分布して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記支柱(12)が多角形に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記支柱(12)に昇降装置(15)が付設されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記支柱(12)が前記支柱の長手軸を中心に回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置。
