Claims (11)
- 標的部分を分析イメージングする方法であって、
(a)前記標的部分を含有する疑いのある試料を取得し;
(b)前記標的部分を蛍光発色団で標識し;
(c)前記標的部分を収集面に向けて操作し;
(d)前記収集された標的部分を、ビームホモジナイザーを有するレーザーで照射し、ここに、照射は前記標的部分を通して均質であり;次いで、
(e)前記標的部分を蛍光顕微鏡法によって撮像し、ここに、前記蛍光顕微鏡法がホモジニアス蛍光イメージを発生させることを特徴とする分析イメージング方法。 - 前記標的部分が、細胞、サブ細胞成分、核酸およびタンパク質よりなる群から選択される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記操作が、前記標的部分に特異的な磁性粒子で磁気標識することによってなされる、請求項1の方法。
- 磁気標識された粒子をNi線間に整列させる、請求項3の方法。
- 前記撮像がサブイメージの成分解析である、請求項1の方法。
- 前記サブイメージが時間遅延積分によって獲得される、請求項5の方法。
- 標的部分を分析イメージングする装置であって、
(a)試料チャンバー;
(b)前記標的部分を撮像するための収集面;
(c)ビームホモジナイザー手段を有するレーザー、ここに、前記ホモジナイザー手段は前記標的部分の均質照射を提供し;
(d)前記標的部分を撮像するためのカメラ;および
(e)コンピュータ
を含む装置。 - 前記標的部分を前記収集面に向けて操作することができ;前記標的部分のサブイメージの蛍光を捕捉することができ;前記サブイメージを再結合させて、前記標的部分の完全イメージを構築することができる、配列手段。
- 前記照射手段が蛍光である、請求項8の装置。
- 前記カメラがモノクロ電荷結合素子である請求項8の装置。
- 前記標的部分が細胞、サブ細胞成分、核酸およびタンパク質よりなる群から選択される、請求項8の装置。
