Description
Aが‐O‐、‐S‐、‐(R3)N‐、‐O‐CO‐N(R3)‐、‐N(R3)‐CO‐O‐、‐N(R3)‐CO‐NH‐、NH‐CO‐N(R3)‐、‐N(R3)‐CO‐N(R3)‐から選択される二価リンカー基であって、
R1が1〜10個の炭素原子を有する、任意選択的にハロゲン置換されたアルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アルケニル基、またはアリール基であって、
R2が1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基または全部で2〜10個の炭素原子有するω‐オキサアルキル‐アルキル基であって、
R3が水素、すなわち任意選択的にハロゲン置換された環状、直鎖状、または分枝状のC1〜C18のアルキル基またはアルケニル基、あるいはC6〜C18のアリール基であって、
aが0〜2の整数であって、
mが1〜6の整数である、
A)一般式(1)の少なくとも1個の末端基を有するアルコキシシラン末端ポリマー(A)と、
〔化学式1〕‐A‐(CH2)m‐SiR1 a(OR2)3‐a
B)BET比表面積が少なくとも50 m2/gのヒュームドシリカまたは沈降シリカと、
C)アミノ化合物の重量が0.05%以下の触媒とを含み、
充填剤を含まないポリマーブレンド(P)を提供する。
一般式(1)の基を有する不飽和モノマーが関与する共重合。そのようなモノマーの例はビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルメチルジメトキシシラン、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシメチルトリメトキシシラン、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシメチルメチルジメトキシシラン、またはその他の対応するエトキシシリル化合物などである。
一般式(1)の基を有する不飽和モノマーの熱可塑性樹脂(ポリエチレン等)へのグラフト添加。そのようなモノマーの例はビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルメチルジメトキシシラン、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシメチルトリメトキシシラン、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシメチルメチルジメトキシシラン、またはその他の対応するエトキシシリル化合物などである。
不飽和末端二重結合または内部二重結合するジメトキシメチルシラン、ジエトキシメチルシラン、トリメトキシメチルシラン、またはトリエトキシシラン等、通常白金触媒を用いるH‐シランのヒドロシリル化。
一般式(2)の1個以上のオルガノシラン(A2)を有するプレポリマー(A1)の反応。一般式(2)ではR1、R2、R3、m、およびaは上述の定義を有し、
Bは酸素、窒素、または硫黄原子であり、
C‐B‐はプレポリマー(A)の適切な官能基に反応する官能基を表す。

この場合、プレポリマー(A)はそれ自体2種類以上の構成要素(A11、A12…)から構成され、第1にこれらの構成要素(A11、A12…)からプレポリマー(A)を調製し、次にこれをシラン(A2)と反応させて最終ポリマー(A)を得ることが必須というわけではない。例えば、反応ステップを逆にして、第1に1個以上の構成要素(A11、A12…)をシラン(A2)と反応させ、次に結果生じた化合物を残りの構成要素(A11、A12…)と反応させるだけで完成したポリマー(A)を得ることも可能である。構成要素A11、A12から構成されるプレポリマー(A)の例は、ポリイソシアネート(構成要素A11)および多価アルコール(構成要素A12)から調製され得るOH‐、NH‐、またはNCO‐末端ポリウレタンおよびポリウレアである。

- Aが‐O‐、‐S‐、‐(R3)N‐、‐O‐CO‐N(R3)‐、‐N(R3)‐CO‐O‐、‐N(R3)‐CO‐NH‐、NH‐CO‐N(R3)‐、‐N(R3)‐CO‐N(R3)‐から選択される二価リンカー基であって、
R1が1〜10個の炭素原子を有する、任意選択的にハロゲン置換されたアルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アルケニル基、またはアリール基であって、
R2が1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基または全部で2〜10個の炭素原子を有するω‐オキサアルキル‐アルキル基であって、
R3が水素、任意選択的にハロゲン置換された環状、直鎖状、または分枝状のC1〜C18のアルキル基またはアルケニル基、あるいはC6〜C18のアリール基であって、
aが0〜2の整数であって、
mが1〜6の整数である、
A)前記一般式(1)の少なくとも1個の末端基を有するアルコキシシラン末端ポリマー(A)と、
〔化学式1〕‐A‐(CH2)m‐SiR1 a(OR2)3‐a
B)BET比表面積が少なくとも50 m2/gのヒュームドシリカまたは沈降シリカと、
C)アミノ化合物の重量が0.05%以下の触媒とを含み、
充填剤を含まない、ポリマーブレンド(P)。 - 前記アルコキシシラン末端ポリマー(A)の前記主鎖が、ポリシロキサン、ポリシロキサンウレア/ウレタン共重合体、ポリウレタン、ポリウレア、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリビニルエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリブタジエン、エチレン‐オレフィン共重合体、またはスチレン‐ブタジエン共重合体、およびポリマーと様々な主鎖との混合物および化合物から選択されるポリマーから構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリマーブレンド(P)。
- ポリマー(A)が前記一般式(3)のシランの反応により得られ、

この場合、R1、R2、R3、およびaが請求項1に記載の定義を有し、
mが1または3であって、
ポリエステルポリオールまたはポリエーテルポリオールを有することを特徴とする、請求項1および請求項2に記載のポリマーブレンド(P)。 - R2が1〜3個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3に記載のポリマーブレンド(P)。
- mが1であることを特徴する、請求項1〜請求項4に記載のポリマーブレンド(P)。
- シリカ(B)がオルガノシラン、オルガノシラザン、またはオルガノシロキサンによる処理あるいはヒドロキシル基のアルコキシ基へのエーテル化により疎水化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5に記載のポリマーブレンド(P)。
- 触媒(C)が、スズ化合物、遷移金属(チタネート、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、亜鉛、ホウ素、アルミニウム、ビスマス)のルイス酸化合物、カルボン酸、リン酸とその部分エステル、亜リン酸とその部分エステル、トルエンスルホン酸、および鉱酸から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6に記載のポリマーブレンド(P)。
