2. 鉄ベース、クロム21〜23%、マンガン0.2〜0.6%、ランタン0.05〜0.15%、ニオブ0.4〜1%、ケイ素0.3〜0.6%、チタン0.04〜0.1%、アルミニウム0.1%未満、炭素0.001〜0.04%。
3. 鉄ベース、クロム21〜23%、マンガン0.2〜0.6%、ランタン0.05〜0.15%、ニオブ0.2〜0.6%、タングステン1.5〜3.5%、ケイ素0.3〜0.6%、アルミニウム0.05%未満。
4. 鉄ベース、クロム21〜23%、マンガン0.2〜0.6%、ランタン0.05〜0.15%、ニオブ0.2〜0.6%、タングステン1.5〜3.5%、ケイ素0.3〜0.6%、チタン0.04〜0.1%、アルミニウム0.08%未満、炭素0.001〜0.01%。

Claims (20)
- 少なくとも一種の金属合金元素Mを有するFe2(M,Si)またはFe7(M,Si)6のタイプの金属間相の析出物を含むフェライト鋼。
- 合金元素Mとしてのニオブ、モリブデン、タングステンまたはタンタルを特徴とする、請求項1の鋼。
- 700℃〜900℃の温度において、Fe2(M,Si)またはFe7(M,Si)6のタイプの金属間相の形成を可能にする金属M及びケイ素の濃度を特徴とする、請求項1または2の鋼。
- Fe2(M,Si)及び/またはFe7(M,Si)6の析出物の割合が1〜8体積%、好ましくは2.5〜5体積%である合金を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの鋼。
- Fe2(M,Si)相及び/またはFe7(M,Si)6の析出物の合計が2〜15原子%のケイ素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの鋼。
- ニッケル及びコバルトの濃度の合計が0よりも高いが、4質量%よりも低い合金を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの鋼。
- 炭素、窒素、硫黄、ホウ素及びリンの濃度が、0よりも高いが、0.1質量%未満、好ましくは0.02質量%未満である合金を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つの鋼。
- クロムを12〜28質量%、特に17〜25質量%の割合で含む合金を特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つの鋼。
- 少なくとも一種の酸素親和性原子を含む合金を特徴とする、請求項8の鋼。
- 酸素親和性元素としてのイットリウム、ランタン、ジルコニウム、セリウムまたはハフニウムを特徴とする、請求項9の鋼。
- 酸素親和性元素の総濃度が0.01〜1質量%、特に0.05〜0.3質量%である合金を特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一つの鋼。
- 酸素親和性元素を酸化物分散物の形で含む合金を特徴とする、請求項9〜10のいずれか一つの鋼。
- 合金中の酸化物分散物の濃度が0.1〜2質量%、特に0.4〜1質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項12の鋼。
- 500℃を超える温度においてCr2O3と一緒にECr2O4のタイプのスピネル相を鋼の表面に形成する元素Eを含む合金を特徴とする、請求項8〜13のいずれか一つの鋼。
- マンガン、ニッケル、コバルト、銅の群から選択される元素Eを特徴とする、請求項14の鋼。
- 元素Eを0.05〜2質量%、特に0.2〜1質量%の割合で含む合金を特徴とする、請求項14または15の鋼。
- アルミニウムを1質量%未満、特に0.15質量%未満の割合で含む合金を特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一つの鋼。
- 0.2質量%未満、特に0.1質量%未満のチタンの添加を含む合金を特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一つの鋼。
- 燃料電池スタックでの、請求項1〜18のいずれか一つの鋼の使用。
- 燃料電池スタック用のバイポーラプレートでの、請求項1〜18のいずれか一つの使用。
