Abstract
Description
・硬化した無機接合材のマトリックス、
・膨張パーライトの粒子が、接合材マトリックス内に埋没させられること、
・膨張パーライトの粒子に疎水化剤が塗布されること、という上記特徴を示す施工ボードによって解決される。
・不活性充填材材料が、接合材マトリックス内に埋没させられること、
・不活性充填材材料が、疎水化された膨張パーライトの乾燥バルク密度よりも高い乾燥バルク密度を有すること、という上記特徴を示す。
・10質量%から40質量%の範囲、したがって、たとえばまた15質量%から35質量%の範囲、または20質量%から30質量%の範囲の接合材、
・3質量%から30質量%の範囲、したがって、たとえばまた5質量%から20質量%の範囲、または5質量%から15質量%の範囲の疎水化された膨張パーライト、
・0質量%から20質量%の範囲、したがって、たとえばまた5質量%から20%質量%の範囲、または10質量%から15質量%の範囲の任意選択の水分(残留湿分) 、

Claims (8)
- ポルトランドセメントの形の硬化した無機接合材のマトリックス(13)と、
前記接合材マトリックス(13)内に、膨張パーライト(15)の粒子が埋没させられていることと、
前記膨張パーライト(15)の前記粒子に、疎水化剤(16)が塗布されていることと、
前記接合材マトリックス(13)内に、不活性充填材材料(17)が埋没させられていることと、
前記不活性充填材材料(17)が、前記疎水化された膨張パーライト(15)の乾燥バルク密度よりも高い乾燥バルク密度を有すること、を有する、特に乾式工法で使用するための施工ボード。 - 前記膨張パーライト(15)の粒子が、0mmより大きく6mmまでの範囲の粒子サイズを有する、請求項1に記載の施工ボード。
- 前記膨張パーライト(15)の粒子が、0.1mmから3mmまでの範囲の粒子サイズを有する、請求項1に記載の施工ボード。
- シリコーンの形、特にシリコーン油の形の疎水化剤(16)が、前記膨張パーライト(15)の粒子に塗布されている、請求項1に記載の施工ボード。
- 粉末石の形、特に粉末石灰石の形の不活性充填材材料(17)を有する、請求項1に記載の施工ボード。
- 施工ボードの構成成分が、
10質量%から40質量%の範囲の前記接合材、
3質量%から30質量%の範囲の前記疎水化された膨張パーライト(15)、
0質量%から20質量%の範囲の水分(残留湿分)、
0質量%から70質量%の範囲の添加構成成分の、質量百分率の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の施工ボード。 - 施工ボードの構成成分が、
10質量%から40質量%の範囲の前記接合材、
3質量%から30質量%の範囲の前記疎水化された膨張パーライト(15)、
10質量%から70質量%の範囲の前記不活性充填材材料(17)、
0質量%から20質量%の範囲の水分(残留湿分)、
0質量%から20質量%の範囲の添加構成成分の、質量百分率の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の施工ボード。 - 50kg/m3から150kg/m3の範囲の、前記疎水化された膨張パーライト(15)の乾燥バルク密度、および150kg/m3から1500kg/m3の範囲の、前記不活性充填材材料(17)の乾燥バルク密度を有する、請求項1に記載の施工ボード。
