Description
前記穿孔はあらゆる形状にすることができ、例えば筒状、円錐状又はピラミッド状の形状を有する工具を用いて形成することができる。ピラミッド状のスパイク手段によって、中心間が一般に3.8mmで幅が一般に1.0mmのX字形穿孔を形成することができる。
少なくとも一方の前記フェーシングを、例えばアルミニウム箔などの金属箔のような実質的にガス不透過性の材料で構成することができる。前記フェーシングは、ガラス組織上に積層した金属箔又はクラフト紙上に積層した金属箔のような積層体とすることができる。
この場合には、発泡工程の前に、穿孔をフェーシング自体に形成する。
このために、2つの別個のフェーシングに穿孔し、かつそれらを用いてフォームパネルを形成した。第1のフェーシングは、ガラス組織上に積層したアルミニウム箔で構成した。
両方のフェーシングを穿孔して、50mmの厚さのフェノールフォーム断熱パネル8を製造した。
厚さ80mmのフェノールホルムアルデヒドフォーム断熱ボードを、両面にガス不透過性2層アルミニウム箔−ガラス繊維組織積層体フェーシングを用いて製造した。この2層フェーシングの組立ては、前記2層フェーシングのガラス繊維層がフェノールフォームに接着されるように構成した。本発明のフェノールフォームを製造するための方法によれば、発泡性フェノール樹脂組成物を連続的に移動するフェーシング上に吐出させ、発泡させかつ所定形状のフェノールフォーム製品に成型するために加熱区域の中を通過させる。この製造工程では、移動するフェーシング材料上に吐出させた前記フェノール樹脂組成物が、一般に50〜100℃の加熱オーブン内を通過するコンベヤベルトにより約2〜15分間支持される。膨張するフォーム組成物の上面は、上部コンベヤベルトにより搬送される別のフェーシング材料で押し下げる。前記フォームの厚さは、事前に決定した所望の厚さに制御される。次に、前記オーブンを出るフェノールフォームを所定の長さに切断する。
穿孔の無い製品は高い初期熱伝導率を示し、熱老化の後の熱伝導率の増加は有孔製品と比較して高いものである。
フェノールフォームを40mmの厚さで製造した。実施例2の場合と同様にして、製品の両面をガス不透性の2層アルミニウム−ガラス組織フェーシングで仕上げた。次に、この断熱パネルのサンプルを上述したように片面に穿孔した。前記穿孔のパターン及び深さを図2に示す。
全部の測定は、EN131662001に従って行った。
Claims (31)
- 事前穿孔したフェーシングを有する硬質フェノール断熱フォーム体。
- 前記フェーシングがガス不透過性材料からなる請求項1に記載のフォーム体。
- 前記フェーシングが金属箔からなる請求項2に記載のフォーム体。
- 前記フェーシングがアルミニウム箔からなる請求項2又は3に記載のフォーム体。
- 前記フェーシングが積層体である請求項3又は4に記載のフォーム体。
- 前記積層体が、ガラス組織上に積層した金属箔からなる請求項5に記載のフォーム体。
- 前記積層体が、クラフト紙に積層した金属箔からなる請求項5に記載のフォーム体。
- 前記フォーム体が上面及び下面を有するボードからなり、前記フェーシングが前記ボードの少なくとも一方の面に設けられる請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のフォーム体。
- 前記ボードの上面及び下面の双方にフェーシングが設けられる請求項8に記載のフォーム体。
- フェノールフォーム体を製造するための方法であって、
下部フェーシングを敷設領域に案内する過程と、
液状フェノールフォーム反応物を前記下部フェーシング上に敷設する過程と、
上部フェーシングを前記フォーム反応物上に案内する過程とからなり、
少なくとも一方の前記フェーシングが事前穿孔されており、
このように形成したサンドイッチ構造をオーブンの中に案内する過程と、
このように形成したフォームボードを所望の長さに切断する過程とからなる方法。 - 両方の前記フェーシングが事前穿孔されている請求項10に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一方の前記フェーシングがガス不透過性材料からなる請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記フェーシングが金属箔からなる請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記フェーシングがアルミニウム箔からなる請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記フェーシングが積層体である請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記積層体がガラス組織上に積層した金属箔からなる請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記積層体がクラフト紙上に積層した金属箔からなる請求項15に記載の方法。

- 前記フェーシングが常態でガス不透過性の材料からなる請求項18に記載のフェノールフォーム体。

- フェノールフォーム体を製造するための方法であって、
下部フェーシングを敷設領域に案内する過程と、
液状フェノールフォーム反応物を前記下部フェーシング上に敷設する過程と、
上部フェーシングを前記フォーム反応物の上に案内する過程と、
このように形成したサンドイッチ構造をオーブンの中に案内する過程と、
前記フェーシングの少なくとも一方を、該フェーシングを前記フォームに接着させた後に穿孔する過程と、
このように形成したフォームボードを所望の長さに切断する過程とからなる方法。 - 両方の前記フェーシングを穿孔する請求項27に記載の方法。
