Claims (4)
- レーザ・システムを較正する装置であって、
レーザ・ビームを発生させるレーザ・ユニットであって、ベース・データムを画定するレーザ・ユニットと、
前記レーザ・ユニットに取り付けられた較正ボディと、
それに対して実質的に垂直な中心軸を画定する表面を有する較正部材であって、前記較正部材の前記表面を、前記レーザ・ユニットの前記ベース・データムから所定の距離のところに配置するように前記較正ボディに付加された較正部材と、
予め選択された初期位置にある焦点に前記レーザ・ビームを集束させる光学手段と、
前記較正部材の前記表面上の最終位置でレーザ誘起光学破壊（ＬＩＯＢ）が誘起されるまで、前記焦点を、前記較正部材の前記表面に向かって距離「ｄ」にわたって移動させる手段と、
前記レーザ・システムを較正するために前記距離「ｄ」を所定の値と比較する手段と
を含む装置。 - 前記レーザ・システムの「傾斜」及び「偏心」を較正するために、複数の最終位置が使用される、請求項１に記載の装置。
- 複数の最終位置が試験パターンを生成する、請求項２に記載の装置。
- それぞれの試験パターンがそれぞれ、前記レーザ・ビームの異なるエネルギーを使用して生成され、前記レーザ・ビームの前記焦点のエネルギー密度を決定するために、前記それぞれの異なるエネルギーが、前記較正部材のＬＩＯＢに対するエネルギー密度しきい値よりも低いエネルギー密度を前記焦点に与える低エネルギーと、前記較正部材のＬＩＯＢに対するエネルギー密度しきい値よりも高い高エネルギー密度を前記焦点に与える高エネルギーとの間の範囲にある、請求項３に記載の装置。
