Description
Claims (3)
- レーザ・システムを較正する装置であって、
レーザ・ビームを発生させるレーザ・ユニットであって、データムを画定するレーザ・ユニットと、
前記レーザ・ユニットに取り付けられた較正ボディと、
湾曲した表面を有する較正部材であって、前記較正部材の前記表面を、前記レーザ・ユニットの前記データムから所定の距離のところに配置するように前記較正ボディに付加された較正部材と、
予め選択された初期位置にある焦点に前記レーザ・ビームを集束させる光学手段と、
前記較正部材の前記表面上の位置でレーザ誘起光学破壊(LIOB)が誘起されるまで、前記焦点を、前記較正部材の前記表面に向かってある距離(d)にわたって移動させ、及び前記レーザ・ビームの傾斜及び偏心を較正するために、前記焦点を複数の位置へ移動させる手段と、
前記レーザ・システムを較正するために前記距離(d)を所定の値と比較する手段と
を含む装置。 - 複数の位置が試験パターンを生成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- それぞれの試験パターンがそれぞれ、前記レーザ・ビームの異なるエネルギーを使用して生成され、前記レーザ・ビームの前記焦点のエネルギー密度を決定するために、前記較正部材のLIOBに対するエネルギー密度しきい値よりも低い、前記焦点のエネルギー密度、及び前記較正部材のLIOBに対するエネルギー密度しきい値よりも高い、前記焦点の高エネルギー密度を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
