Claims (10)
- 側部の案内レール(20A、20B)に案内され、かつ、これによりルーフ開口(16)を選択的に閉められるか、または少なくとも一部が開かれることができる少なくとも1つのカバー要素(18)と、前記案内レール(20A、20B)に沿ういずれの場合にも1つの挟み込み防止装置とを備える開閉可能な車両ルーフであって、挟み込み防止装置は、いずれの場合においても、それぞれの案内レール(20A、20B)と相互作用し、かつ、カバー要素ドライブのコントローラに接続されるストリップ形状のスイッチング要素(28、32)によって形成されることを特徴とする開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- ストリップ形状のスイッチング要素(28)が、少なくとも1つの付形されたストリップから形成され、その付形されたストリップは、弾力のある方法で取り付けられ、かつ、付形されたストリップが下方に押される挟み込み状態にあるときに切り替わる電気スイッチと相互作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- 付形されたストリップ(28)は、U字形プロファイルであり、この付形されたストリップのリムの間に、関連する案内レール(20A、20B)の垂直方向に整列された突起(22)が係合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- 付形されたストリップは、ジョイントによって関連する案内レールに接続していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- カバー要素(16)は、閉位置から、固定ルーフ領域(14)に対してその後方端部で上方に枢動することができ、かつ、付形されたストリップは、カバー要素(18)のドライブ機構用の表面プレートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- スイッチング要素は、垂直方向に伸縮自在である少なくとも2つのU字形プロファイルから形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- ストリップ形状のスイッチング要素(32)は、横方向に圧縮可能であることが好ましく、かつ、少なくとも1つの電気導体(36A、36B)を備えるプラスチックプロファイルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- プラスチックプロファイルは、容量センサ要素であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- プラスチックプロファイル(32)は、中空プロファイルであり、かつ、抵抗センサ要素として作動することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
- プラスチックプロファイルは、駆動モータコントローラに接続しているアダプターキャップを備えることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の開閉可能な車両ルーフ。
