Abstract
本発明によれば、保持器(5)が保持器ポケット(15)を持ち、これらの保持器ポケット(15)内で転動体(4)が、その側面(8,9)の中心範囲(16,17)と保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(18,19)との間の少なくとも2つの摩擦の少ない点接触を介して、一方では両レース(2,3)の間の軸線方向案内を受け、他方では転動方向に対して直角に生じる傾倒運動に対する所定の自由度をもつように、またラジアル転がり軸受(1)の押圧角に自動的に合わせるための所定の自由度を持つように構成されている。

Claims (10)
- ラジアル転がり軸受特に1列深溝転がり軸受であって、外レース(2)、内レース(3)、及びこれらのレース(2,3)の間に設けられる多数の転動体(4)を含み、2つの環半体(6,7)から組合わされる保持器(5)により、転動体(4)が周方向に互いに等間隔に保持され、転動体(4)が、球基本形状から対称に平らにされかつ平行に配置されるそれぞれ2つの側面(8,9)を持つ球面円板により形成され、転動体の転動面(10)が、外レース(2)の内側(13)及び内レース(3)の外側(14)に形成される2つの溝状転動路(11,12)内で転がるものにおいて、各転動体(4)用の保持器(5)が、ピッチ円線の所でこれらの転動体を包囲する保持器ポケット(15)を持ち、これらの保持器ポケット(15)内で転動体(4)が、その側面(8,9)の中心範囲(16,17)と保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(18,19)との間の少なくとも2つの摩擦の少ない点接触を介して、一方では両レース(2,3)の間の軸線方向案内を受け、他方では転動方向に対して直角に生じる傾倒運動に対する所定の自由度をもつように、他方ではラジアル転がり軸受(1)の押圧角に自動的に合わせるための所定の自由度を持つように構成されていることを特徴とする、ラジアル転がり軸受。
- 転動体(4)の側面の中心範囲(16,17)が、なるべくこれらの側面(8,9)に形成される中心凹所(20,21)又は同心切欠きにより形成され、これらの中心凹所又は同心切欠きにより転動体(4)の質量重心が半径方向外方へその転動面(10)の方へ移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 側面(8,9)の中心範囲(16,17)と保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(18,19)との点接触が、縦中心で縦橋絡片(18,19)に形成されかつ転動体の側面(8,9)にあるそれぞれの中心凹所(20,21)へ入り込む2つの軸線方向円錐先端(22,23)を介して行われ、これらの円錐先端(22,23)が凹所(20,21)の平らな底(24,25)と作用結合していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 側面(8,9)の中心範囲(16,17)と保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(18,19)との点接触が、転動体(4)の側面(8,9)にあるそれぞれの同心切欠きから軸線方向に突出する2つの円錐先端を介して行われ、これらの円錐先端が保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片の平らな縦中心範囲と作用結合していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 転動体(4)の転動面(10)の半径に従って湾曲して形成される保持器(15)の横橋絡片(26,27)が、両側でこれらの転動面(10)を越えて延びて、横橋絡片(26,27)の間で丸められる移行範囲(28,28′,29,29′)を介してこれらの横橋絡片に結合される保持ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(18,19)が、転動体(4)の側面(8,9)から離れて設けられるようにしていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 転動体(4)が、その転動面(10)を越えて延びる保持器ポケット(15)の横橋絡片(26,27)の構成により、両側に、保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(18,19)への移行範囲(28,28′,29,29′)により限定される約3°〜7°の自由度を、転動方向に対して直角に生じる傾倒運動のために持っていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 転動体(4)が、その側面(8,9)から離れた保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(18,19)の配置により、両側に、縦橋絡片(18,19)の上縁及び下縁により限定される約12°〜18°の自由度を、半径方向及び軸線方向負荷においてラジアル転がり軸受(1)の押圧角に自動的に合わせるために持っていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 保持器(5)のピッチ円(TKKaefig)がラジアル転がり軸受(1)のピッチ円(TKLager)より小さく、保持器ポケット(15)の両縦橋絡片(16,17)が転動体(4)の直径(dw)の35%の最大高さ(h)を持ち、転動体(4)の側面(8,9)により限定される転動体幅(bw)が転動体(4)の直径(dw)の少なくとも70%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 保持器(5)が非切削で製造可能な打抜き部品として、金属材料例えば鋼、真ちゅう又はアルミニウムから構成され、この金属材料が完全に又は限定されて、転動体(4)との接触個所に、硬質材料、クロム鉄、酸化物セラミック又はモリブデンから成る機能層で被覆されるか、又は工業プラスチックを周りに射出成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 保持器(5)が射出成形部品として、ガラス繊維から成る内包物を持つか又はなしのPA66又はPA46のような工業プラスチックから、又は例えば適当な添加物又はガラスから成る内包物を持つPAEK,PEEK,TPI又はPAIのような耐熱プラスチックから、又は補強ガラス織布及び樹脂母体から成る繊維複合材料から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
