Claims (5)
- ラジアル転がり軸受であって、外レース(2)、内レース(3)、及びこれらのレース(2,3)の間に設けられかつ球面円板として構成される多数の転動体(4)を含み、転動体(4)が、球基本形状から対称に平らにされかつ平行に配置されるそれぞれ2つの側面(8,9)を持ち、転動体の転動面(10)が、外レース(2)の内側(13)及び内レース(3)の外側(14)に形成される2つの溝状転動路(11,12)内で転がり、2つの環半体(6,7)から組合わされる保持器(5)により、転動体(4)が周方向に互いに等間隔に保持され、各転動体(4)用の保持器(5)が、ピッチ円線の所でこれらの転動体を包囲する保持器ポケット(15)を持ち、これらの保持器ポケット(15)内で転動体(4)が、一方では両レース(2,3)の間に軸線方向に案内され、他方では所定の自由度でラジアル転がり軸受(1)の押圧角に自動的に合わせるように構成されているものにおいて、転動体(4)の軸線方向案内が、保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(16,17)に形成されかつ転動体(4)の側面(8,9)の幅にわたって延びる軸線方向楔凹所(22,23)を介して行われ、これらの楔凹所(22,23)を介して、転動体の側面(8,9)と保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(16,17)との間の少なくとも2回の摩擦の少ない線接触が行われ、保持器(5)のピッチ円(TK Kaefig )がラジアル転がり軸受(1)のピッチ円(TK Lager )より小さく、保持器ポケット(15)の両縦橋絡片(16,17)が転動体(4)の直径(bw)の35%の最大高さ(h)を持っていることを特徴とする、ラジアル転がり軸受。
- 転動体(4)の転動面(10)の半径に応じて湾曲して形成される保持器ポケット(15)の横橋絡片(24,25)が、これらの転動面(10)を越えて延びて、横橋絡片(24,25)の間で丸められる移行範囲を経てこれらの横橋絡片に結合される保持ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(16,17)が、転動体(4)の側面から離れて設けられるようにしていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 転動体(4)が、半径方向及び軸線方向の軸受負荷においてラジアル転がり軸受(1)の押圧角に自動的に合わせるため、その側面(8,9)から離れた保持器ポケット(15)の縦橋絡片(16,17)を設けることによって、縦橋絡片(16,17)にある楔凹所(22,23)の上側及び下側により限定される約12°〜18°の軸線方向自由度を両側に持っていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 保持器(5)が非切削で製造可能な打抜き部品として、金属材料から構成され、この金属材料が完全に又は限定されて、転動体(4)との接触個所に、硬質材料、クロム鉄、酸化物セラミック又はモリブデンから成る機能層で被覆されるか、又は工業プラスチックを周りに射出成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 保持器(5)が射出成形部品として、ガラス繊維から成る内包物を持つか又はなしの工業プラスチックから、又は適当な添加物又はガラスから成る内包物を持つ耐熱プラスチックから、又は補強ガラス織布及び樹脂母体から成る繊維複合材料から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
