Abstract
Description
本発明は、吸水性ポリマー粒子と液体又は他の粒子とを連続的に混合する方法において、前記ポリマー粒子がその固有質量のために生成物流方向に運動し、かつ、この混合物の少なくとも一部が、回転シャフトに固定された混合手段少なくとも1つの回転運動により、この生成物流方向とは逆に衝撃を獲得する、吸水性ポリマー粒子と液体又は他の粒子との連続的な混合方法に関する。
a)エチレン性不飽和の、酸基を有するモノマー少なくとも1種、
b)架橋剤少なくとも1種、
c)場合により、1種又は数種の、a)と共重合可能なエチレン性及び/又はアリル性の不飽和モノマー、及び
d)場合により、1種又は数種の、モノマーa)、b)及び場合によりc)が少なくとも部分的にグラフトすることができる水溶性ポリマー
を含有するモノマー溶液の重合により製造され、その際、この得られるポリマーは乾燥され、分級される。
例のために、Schugi(R) Flexomix 335型(Hosokawa Micron Group, Japan)中での混合挙動がシミュレーションされた。
滞留時間分布を、1800rpmの回転数に対して算出した。この混合手段は、18°の負の迎え角を有し、即ち、この粒子は、回転する混合手段により生成物流方向中に衝撃を獲得した。
例1と同様に実施。この回転数を700rpmに減少させた。
例2と同様に実施。この混合手段は、18°の正の迎え角を有し、即ち、この粒子は、回転する混合手段によって、生成物流方向とは逆の衝撃を獲得した。
例3と同様に実施。この回転数を575rpmに減少させた。
Claims (15)
- 吸水性ポリマー粒子と液体又は他の粒子とを連続的に混合するにあたり、前記ポリマー粒子がその固有質量のために生成物流方向に運動する連続的な混合方法において、この混合物の少なくとも一部が、回転シャフトに固定された混合手段少なくとも1つの回転運動により、この生成物流方向とは逆に衝撃を獲得することを特徴とする、吸水性ポリマー粒子と液体又は他の粒子との連続的な混合方法。
- 混合手段少なくとも2つが使用され、その際この混合手段は異なる高さで前記シャフトに沿って見出すことができることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- このシャフトが一方又は双方の側にあることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- この混合手段の外側先端部が、3〜20m/sの周速を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- この生成物流方向が、垂直線に対して45°よりも少ない分だけ傾いていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 生成物流方向とシャフト軸の間の角度が10°よりも少ないことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 混合手段の迎え角が0よりも大きい〜30°であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- この混合機が、直径90〜500mmを有する円柱状の壁を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 混合手段の外側先端部の軌道の直径とこの軌道の可能性のある最大の直径との比は少なくとも0.6であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- このポリマー粒子の流量は、生成物流方向でこの混合機の断面積m2あたり10〜250t/hであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポリマー粒子が1mmより少ない直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポリマー粒子を請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法により、少なくとも1種の後架橋剤と、場合により溶液として、混合することを特徴とする、吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法。
- 混合物の少なくとも一部が、回転シャフトに固定された更なる混合手段少なくとも1つの回転運動により生成物流方向に衝撃を獲得することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 混合物の少なくとも一部に生成物流方向に衝撃を獲得させる更なる混合手段が、生成物流方向で、混合物の少なくとも一部に生成物流方向とは逆に衝撃を獲得させる混合手段の後方にあることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の方法。
- 更なる混合手段の迎え角が0未満〜−30°であることを特徴とする、請求項13又は14記載の方法。
