Claims (14)
- 構成部品、特にパイプ(R1,R2)を位置決めする標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)が、
該構成部品の上、又は、内に配置、特に同心円状に配置する保持部(H)−任意である−と、
光学的に透明な第1表面(F1)と、
光学ビーム源から発する基準ビーム(RS)を視認する標的指標(ZM)を有する光学的に透明な第2表面(F2)とを備え、
該標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)が、該基準ビーム(RS)を所定の立体角範囲(dΩ,dΩ',dΩ'')に、発散及び回折するホログラフィック光学素子を備えている、ことを特徴とする標的板。 - 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、光学的に送信可能に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、ホログラフィック板、ホログラフィック薄板、又は、ホログラフィック膜を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、少なくとも1つのコンピュータ生成ホログラムを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、混合した次数の回折構造を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、注型可能の表面レリーフを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子の形成を、レーザビーム(RS)の発散及び回折が、正方形、長方形、楕円形、又は、円形の立体角範囲(dΩ,dΩ',dΩ'')で生じるようにしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子の形成を、レーザビームの位相に対し、少なくとも一部の位相の消失が、3次元コヒーレンスの低減のために生じるようにしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記立体角範囲(dΩ,dΩ',dΩ'')が、水平の角度範囲が±45°、及び/又は、垂直の角度範囲が±45°の少なくとも1つ含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子の形成を、照射された立体角範囲(dΩ,dΩ',dΩ'')が、均質/一定の分布、余弦分布、n次余弦分布、双極分布、四極子分布、又は、ランベルト分布、を有するようにしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 零次の回折での光の強度が2%未満である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記散乱効率が、±15度の前記標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)に対し、前記基準ビーム(RS)の入射角の少なくとも1つの範囲で、10%以下だけ減少することを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、前記第2表面(Z2)上に、特に接着剤で接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)。
- 基準ビーム(RS)を放射する光ビーム源と、請求項1〜13の何れかに記載の標的板(Z,Z1,Z2,Z3)とを備え、構成部品、特にパイプ(R1,R2)の位置決めする光学システム。
