Description
プラスチック原料:シート残渣からの純プラスチックの低融点凝集物、粒子サイズ 10mm以下。
冷却と潤滑剤:水、温度 10℃;容量 プラスチック凝集物量に対して300%。
木材原料:木材粒子 チップ状;長さ 10mm迄;木材の湿潤度 約6%。
プラスチック原料:混合プラスチック凝集物、粒子サイズ 10mm以下。
冷却と潤滑剤:水、温度 10℃;容量 プラスチック凝集物量に対して300%。
前処理にも関わらず凝集物は例えばヨーグルトの残渣のような有機混入物を含有する場合がある。
温度:175℃
過圧:4バール
煮沸時間:5分。
目的粗密度:100kg/cm3
厚さ:100mm
木材湿潤度7%での木材繊維質量に対する凝集物繊維含有量60%
熱可塑性凝集物含有物活性化用の高速包装型乾燥機温度:175℃
高速包装型乾燥機のベルト速度:0.5m1/分
かさ密度:約10kg/m2。
目的粗密度:250kg/cm3
厚さ:5mm
木材湿潤度7%での木材繊維質量に対する凝集物繊維含有量40%
熱可塑性凝集物含有物活性化用の高速包装型乾燥機温度:175℃
高速包装型乾燥機のベルト速度:0.5ml/分
かさ密度:約1.25kg/m2。
目的粗密度:約650kg/cm3
厚さ:13mm
木材湿潤度7%での木材繊維質量に対する凝集物繊維含有量30%
多圧盤プレスの圧縮圧盤温度は約240℃、圧縮時間係数は15秒/mm、初期圧6バールで約80秒、次いで圧力を3.5バールに低下しこの圧力で約40秒保持、更に圧力を1.5バールに低下してこの圧力で70秒保持し、次いで圧力解放。
Claims (21)
- プリフォーム成型物製造用繊維状材の製造法で、バインダーをこの繊維状材に添加し加熱によりプリフォーム成型物に圧縮し、プラスチック粒子及び/又はプラスチックからの繊維の一部を第一グループの粒子か繊維の粒子塊か繊維塊と混合し、プラスチックからの粒子及び/又はプラスチックからの繊維の粒径が第一グループの粒子か繊維の粒径ほぼ一致することを特徴とし、プラスチックからの粒子及び/又はプラスチックからの繊維がディスク精砕機で純粋か混合プラスチック凝集物を粉砕及び/又は繊維離解により得、且つもし必要ならばこの粉砕工程で水をディスク精砕機に供給する方法。
- 純プラスチックだけをディスク精砕機で繊維離解することを特徴とする請求項1による方法。
- プラスチック粒子及び/又は繊維を粉砕後乾燥することを特徴とする請求項1又は2による方法。
- 第一グループの繊維を亜麻、麻、ガラス又は炭化材の繊維離解により得ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 第一グループの粒子か繊維を木材の粉砕又は繊維離解により得ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 混合及び/又は純プラスチック凝集物を木材粒子と共にディスク精砕機で粉砕することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5による方法。
- プラスチックからの粒子及び/又は木材及び/又はプラスチックからの繊維と木材の良い混合をディスク精砕機で得ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 供給水の温度が高くても約50℃であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 水を湿潤木材粒子により精砕機に供給することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 水をガス状で精砕機に供給することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つによる方法。
- プラスチック凝集物の最大サイズが40mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 粉砕及び/又は繊維離解すべき材料を押し込みスクリューにより精砕機に供給することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 少なくとも凝集物画分を精砕機で粉砕する前に煮沸工程に付し、付着混入物を除去することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 煮沸工程を100℃乃至180℃の温度で1乃至4バールの高圧下で実施することを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 煮沸時間が3乃至10分であることを特徴とする請求項13又は14による方法。
- 粒子及び/又は繊維を粉砕後熱蒸気流で所望最終湿潤度に乾燥し、その熱蒸気流を乾燥する材料へ閉循環路により送り返すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 熱蒸気流を乾燥すべき材料に導入する前に加熱することを特徴とする請求項16による方法。
- 混合プラスチック及び/又は純プラスチック凝集物をディスク精砕機で木材粒子と共に粒子及び/又は繊維に粉砕し、粉砕材を流回路の熱蒸気で乾燥することを特徴とする請求項4乃至15のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 粉砕及び/又は繊維離解すべき材料を押し込みスクリューで精砕機へ送ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至18のいずれか一つによる方法。
- 木材チップか木質繊維をリサイクルプラスチック由来のプラスチックからの粒子又は繊維で置換した木質材部、特に木質繊維板製造への請求項1乃至19のいずれか一つによる方法の利用。
- 木質繊維含有物による絶縁材ボード製造に関する請求項1乃至19のいずれか一つによる方法の利用。
