Description
Claims (13)
- 互いに相対的に変位可能な境界部材によって取り囲まれた圧縮室に導体を挿入し、圧縮室の中で、境界部材の1つをなし、超音波振動させられる超音波溶接装置の振動音極により溶接する、剛性を有する扁平な支持体などの少なくとも1つの第1の電気導体と、素線などの少なくとも1つの第2の電気導体と、の間の溶接継手の作製方法において、該圧縮室内で前記第1の導体に2個以上の第2の導体を逐次溶接することを特徴とする方法。
- 順次続く溶接操作の際に、第1の導体を圧縮室に対して相対的に変位させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の導体を圧縮室に対して変位させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 等しい、ないしは不等の横断面の複数の第2の導体を第1の導体に溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 複数の第2の導体を第1の導体の上に重ねて溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 複数の第2の導体を第1の導体の互いに隔たる区域に溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 複数の第2の導体を第1の導体の相異なる平面にある区域に溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 複数の第2の導体を第1の導体の相隔たる互いに平行な平面にある区域に溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 第1の第2導体として接地ケーブル又はバッテリーケーブル、第2の第2導体として制御線を第1の導体に溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2個の第2の導体を、第1の導体の縦軸を横切る区域に並列して第1の導体に溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 第1の導体に一群の第2の導体と1個の第2の導体又は一群の第2の導体を逐次溶接することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 第1の導体から保持片、例えば折れ曲りラグが延出する構成の上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法において、最後の第2の導体と第1の導体を溶接するとき又は溶接した後に、第2の導体の固定のために、振動音極に超音波を励振させて保持片を第2の導体の方向に折り曲げることを特徴とする方法。
- 超音波溶接装置の出力が、第1の導体に溶接される複数の第2の導体を1回の溶接操作で全部は溶接できないか又は確実に溶接できないように設計されていることを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
