Claims (20)
- 平面状の加工用材料の直線部分から形成される複数の打ち抜かれた金属製半台形部材を備え、各部材が共通縁に沿って歯を有し、前記部材が一体型の変形可能コードにより互いに連結され、前記部材が閉環状に巻回される、自動車変速機用摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記コアプレートが相手板の一部を形成する請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記コアプレートが摩擦板の一部を形成する請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記歯が径方向内縁に沿う請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記歯が径方向外縁に沿う請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記部材の少なくとも2個の間にさねはぎ継ぎがある請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記さねはぎ継ぎに締まり嵌めがある請求項6に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 大多数の前記部材間にさねはぎ継ぎがある請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記コードが凹状の両側辺を有する請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記コードの側辺が油孔を形成する請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 前記コードが圧縮状態の径方向内側辺及び引張状態の径方向外側辺を有する請求項1に記載の摩擦コアプレート。
- 平面状の加工用材料の直線部分から形成される複数の打ち抜かれた金属製半台形部材を備え、各部材が共通縁に沿って歯を有し、前記部材が一体型の変形可能コードにより互いに連結され、前記部材が閉環状に巻回される摩擦コアプレート、及び
前記コアプレート上に連結される摩擦フェーシング、
を備える自動車変速機用摩擦板。 - 前記フェーシングが完全な環状である請求項12に記載の摩擦板。
- 前記フェーシングが断片部からなる請求項12に記載の摩擦板。
- 前記コアプレートが、それを貫通して延在する油孔を有する請求項12に記載の摩擦板。
- 前記フェーシングが前記油孔と整列される溝を有する請求項15に記載の摩擦板。
- 平面状の加工用材料の直線部分から複数の金属製半台形部材を打ち抜く工程であって、各部材が共通縁に沿って歯を有し、前記部材が一体型変形可能コードにより互いに接続されるような打ち抜く工程、及び
前記部材を閉環状に巻回する工程、
を含む自動車変速機摩擦コアプレートを形成する方法。 - 摩擦フェーシングを前記コアプレート上に連結する工程をさらに含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 摩擦フェーシングを前記コアプレート上に連結する工程であって、前記フェーシングの断片部が、共通のコアプレート部材と重なる工程をさらに含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記コアプレートに油孔を打ち抜く工程をさらに含む請求項17に記載の方法。
