Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 時間と共に変化する光出力を有する少なくとも1つの有機発光ダイオード(OLED);及び
個別の電流−電圧特性を有する前記OLEDと結合されているドライバ;
を有する照明装置のエージング処理を補償する方法であって:
前記OLEDの前記光出力における前記変化を補償するように、前記OLEDの実際の電流−電圧特性の勾配についての情報を有する第1パラメータを決定するステップと、エージングを指示する前記第1パラメータに少なくとも基づく補正信号を生成するステップと、を有する補正演算処理を有する;
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記OLEDの実際の半対数電流−電圧特性の勾配が前記第1パラメータにより考慮されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって、前記ドライバは、測定回路及び制御回路を有し、前記測定回路は、前記OLEDの前記の実際の半対数電流−電圧特性の前記勾配の実際の値を検出し、前記制御回路は前記補正信号を生成することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、前記ドライバは、前記OLEDの閾値電圧以上の前記の実際の半対数電流−電圧特性の前記勾配の前記実際の値を検出することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、前記測定回路は、エージングの第2パラメータである、前記OLEDのオンタイムを測定することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、第3パラメータは、未使用のOLEDの電流−電圧特性を有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、前記ドライバは、前記第1、第2及び第3パラメータに基づいて前記補正信号を生成するように、数学的関数及び/又はスックアップテーブルを有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、前記ドライバは、測定された前記第1パラメータに応じて前記補正信号を決定するように、特に受動ネットワークにおいて、ハードウェア回路を有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、前記エージングのパラメータ及び演算された前記補正信号はメモリ装置に記憶されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 時間と共に変化する光出力を有する少なくとも1つの有機発光ダイオード(OLED);及び
個別の電流−電圧特性を有する前記OLEDと結合されているドライバ;
を有する照明装置であって:
前記OLEDの前記光出力における前記変化を補償するように、前記OLEDの実際の電流−電圧特性の勾配についての情報を有する第1パラメータを決定する測定回路;及び
エージングを指示する前記第1パラメータに少なくとも基づく補正信号を生成する制御回路;
を有することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1乃至9に記載の方法を用いる請求項10に記載の照明装置。
