Claims (11)
- 幾何学的に定義された少なくとも1個のブレードとともに作動中に回転する工具要素(2)、具体的には、材料切削工具要素(2)を備える工具であって、前記工具要素(2)が前記作動状態で作動パラメータの影響を受け、測定装置(3)が前記作動パラメータの測定及び前記作動パラメータの測定信号への変換のために備えられる工具において、
第1の測定装置(3、31)が、作動状態にある第1の工具要素(2、21)の本質的に第1の作動パラメータだけを該第1の測定装置(3、31)を用いて検出することができるように前記第1の工具要素(2、21)と協働することを特徴とする工具。 - 前記工具要素(2)が、切削工具要素(2)、具体的には、加工物(W)を切削するための切削プレート及び/又は切削要素及び/又はドリル・ヘッドである、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記工具(1)が、少なくとも2個、具体的には、4個又は6個の別々の工具要素(2、21、22、23、24)を備え、前記別々の工具要素(2、21、22、23、24)のそれぞれに対して別個に結合される測定装置(3、31、32、33、34)が備えられる、請求項1又は2に記載の工具。
- 前記測定装置(3)が、圧力検出器及び/又は力検出器、具体的には、圧電及び/又は圧電応答型圧力検出器並びに/或いは力検出器、具体的には、スリム・ライン検出器であり、並びに/或いは前記測定装置(3)が、温度検出器、具体的には、圧電応答型温度検出器及び/又は抵抗式温度検出器及び/又は熱電対である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記測定装置(3)が、前記工具(1)の状態を監視するための、具体的には、前記工具要素(2)の状態を監視するための測定装置(3)である、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記工具要素(2)と前記測定装置(3)の間に連結要素(4)が前記作動パラメータの伝達のために備えられる、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記工具(1)の基礎本体(11)によって前記作動パラメータを受けることができるように、該パラメータが前記工具要素(2)、具体的には、中間円板として構成される前記連結要素(4)を特に経由して切削プレートから前記計測装置(3)に伝達される力及び/又は圧力及び/又は力の流れである、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 信号伝達手段(5)、具体的には、信号増幅器を有する信号伝達手段(5)が、前記測定信号を分析ユニット(6)へ伝達するために前記工具(1)に備えられる、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記信号伝達手段(5)が、光学的、音響的、機械的、又は電磁的信号伝達手段(5)、好ましくは多チャネル遠隔測定であり、具体的には、前記測定信号を伝達するためにアンテナ・リング(51)が設けられる、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記工具が、切削工具(1)、具体的には、ドリル及び/又は切削工具、具体的には、圧電及び/又は圧電応答型のブレードの力測定装置を一個だけ備えるブレード前部切削ヘッド、或いは岩及び/又は金属及び/又は木材及び/又は別の材料を切削又は粉砕するためのハンマ及び/又はドリル及び/又はブレードである、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の工具を備え、1つ又は複数の制御軸又は調整軸を有する工作機械。
